Located in the Jardim do Atlântico Building, this apartment is ideal for couples or groups of up to 4 people who want to make the most of Vilas do Atlântico. With a privileged location, it is close to stalls, restaurants and, best of all, just 300 meters from the beach.

The space offers a modern and welcoming decor, with a living room integrated into the fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a high-pressure shower for your comfort.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Reservations over 20 nights will be charged energy and water according to consumption;

***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the property is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

Living Room: 1 double sofa bed.

** We provide 2 mats with beach backs.

In addition to the apartment, all guests will have access to common areas. For the exclusive use of the kiosks, guests will have to book at the concierge with payment for single use, with a value of R$ 50.00.

Vilas do Atlântico is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and to relax. Due to its proximity to the Airport, it is a great option for those who want to enjoy their vacations on the beach and do not want to go to distant places.
