'Had an amazing stay i would come again
The hotel is new and there is alot of restaurants in al bida so you arent limited to the hotel, the pool is on the roof though not in front of the beach, that pool on the beach is exclusive to a private gym member's not for hotel guest.'

'Vreselijk aardige mensen, erg schoon en net hotel. En ook het ontbijt en luchbuffet heel erg goed. En het restaurant Pepper was ook voortreffelijk, vlees waar je mes zo door heen valt. Top!'

Good shower and comfortable bed. Shower water drain was an issue so the bathroom floor floods unless you use half the shower head pressure. Underground parking is literally a construction site.

'Good hotel. Clean room and clean bathroom. Fridge and AC provided. One day we had a cold shower for hours. Due to this we got a complimentary breakfast but we had to ask for it. Free public but limited parking in front of the hotel.'

She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.'

'Wonderful stay! Though at a remote location, you're anywhere you need to be (city, airport, mall) very quickly. The staff really over-achieved and everyone from reception staff to the concierge remembers your name and helps you to make your stay the best possible. Quite rare to get such hospitality!'

'Did not get the Kingsize bed I paid for. Frontdesk charged 100KWD to my creditcard instead of making reservation of 100KWD (so I need to hope I get the difference back). Took 15m to retrieve my trolley that was only 5m away as they lack frontdesk staff. Restaurant was good with friendly staff.'
