'Appartement op zich was goed. Maar je denkt aan de foto's te zien dat je aan het strand zit en automatisch dat je een balkon hebt. Uitzicht op de tuin is kijken op een dak van de buren. Héél goed lezen of je een balkon krijgt. Opgesloten gevoel. Als er brand uitbreekt kom je er niet weg.Dit geldt voor appartement 5. Fietsenstalling prima. Entourage gezellig. Beheerster aardig.'
