The beauty of Samaná is its simplicity. An extraordinary place rich in history, traditions, beautiful beaches and natural wonders.
This area is famous for its Whale Watching which occurs between early January and the end of March. During this period, you can watch humpback whales frolicking from the comfort of our balcony.


Samaná is also know for the many beautiful virgin beaches 10 to 30 minutes by boat or car from our villa. The famous Playa Rincon is known as one of the most beautiful beach in the world and is only about 25 minutes from the villa. Also nearby is Playa Fronton and La Playita.

Our guests have access to the Pools, Jacuzzi, Game room, Gym, Restaurant, Bar, Beaches and the entire apartment with the exception of our locked storage closet.

Samaná is one of the most beautiful areas in the Dominican Republic, and our villa is perfectly situated to help you enjoy everything the area has to offer. Located in the XELITE VISTA MARE complex, you'll have access to luxury amenities that will make your stay feel like paradise.

And speaking of paradise, our villa offers a private and peaceful retreat with panoramic ocean views from every room. Plus, you'll have access to not one but TWO stunning infinity pools, a jacuzzi and TWO private beaches that will take your breath away.

With air conditioning, fans, a fully equipped kitchen, shaded parking, and Wi-Fi included, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay.

We suggest a car, motorcycle or a sun buggy rental to get around as Samaná has so much to explore.

👥 Guest Capacity

Our standard nightly rate includes up to 2 guests.
Planning to bring friends or family? No problem! Additional guests are welcome for just $10 per person, per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

⚡ Electricity Use

We want you to stay cool and comfortable, especially with the Caribbean sun!
That said, electricity in the Dominican Republic is expensive. Your stay includes up to 18 kWh/day, which typically covers normal use.
If you exceed that, an additional charge of $0.30 per kWh applies. We recommend turning off A/Cs when you're out to help stay within the included amount.

🌴 Nature Around

Our location is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty — but that also means you may occasionally spot ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. While we take great care to maintain the space, nature is part of the experience here. If you're particularly sensitive, we recommend bringing repellent just in case.

🛠️ Maintenance Support

Our home is well cared for, but like any space, things can sometimes go awry. Should anything come up — an appliance acting up or something not quite right — please reach out right away. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
