'the room was perfect.. clean comfortable and even hot water worked perfect…many hotels have no hot water but this was great .
the restaurant for Breakfast was beyond perfect.
Great great selection ! they even poured my tea and brought more when i was out. the dinner menu was extensive and food was excellent ! Service and friendliness of restaurant staff as well as ALL STAFF was EXCELLENT. '

The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat

And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese

The reception staff were happy to oblige, although they took the precaution of having so much air freshener sprayed in the second room it was difficult to breathe, let alone assess whether this room was also damp! We had to prop the door open and wait outside for 10 minutes until the smell subsided! Fortunately it was fine.
After a shaky start, the rest of our three-night stay was pretty uneventful....

'Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise.'
