'We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. 'It was great in most every way. The only issue I had is that the apartment number itself, as opposed to the street address of the building, was very hard to find in any/all email exchanges. The door codes and all that worked just as John said, but I struggled for quite some time to find the apartment number. Outside of that, everything was great. 'The house was clean, organized and well appointed. It was a really cute place too. '

'We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The host sent over a housekeeper but not until 8pm which made it very difficult since we were travelling with our one year old. One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t close. The carpet needs to be replaced and the plug for the bathtub doesn’t stop it from draining so we couldn’t give our son a bath. Other than that the location is ideal'
