It was fine, not outstanding but not bad either if I needed to be in San Angelo again I would choose this hotel for sure. Staff were outstanding though.

This was the absolutely best hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and had a very enjoyable stay. We will most definitely be going back.

Das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Das Zimmer Interieur ist schon sehr verwohnt und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Auf dem Frühstücksbüffet liefen Ameisen und beim Check-Out wurde auf meinem Hinweis vom Desk-Management nur ein gequältes „Sorry“ entgegnet.

Great little hotel in a nice area. Loved breakfast buffet. Our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but I think it was the deodorizer they use. We were a bit confused on how to get our room cleaned during our stay. Had to take our own trash out and request toiletries, etc.

Will definitely be staying again!
Hotel was very clean & well maintained. Room was nice, good size with kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Basketball court & indoor pool were perfect for keeping kids entertained.

This was the best hotel we've stayed in! The whole property was clean, the hotel listened to my request for a more isolated room, the pool was great and clean, breakfast was great, and everything was so quiet. If we are ever in San Angelo again we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful on the outside but the inside of our room seemed old. The mirror was peeling in the bathroom and there were stains all on the furniture. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was one of the better free complimentary ones we have had. All in all it was just ok. We’ve enjoyed our Holiday Inn and Hampton suites stays better.

Not worth the price
Hotel had water stains on ceiling/wall of room, low water flow in faucets and toilets (had to call maintenance for toilet to flush). Visible dust/dirt on headboards, furniture. While i was there 4 other rooms (411, 311, 211, 111) experienced water leaking from the ceiling, and those people had to be relocated to another hotel because this one had no more vacancies. One of the people who had to switch locations was a family member of mine.

The toilet paper was just about done, no replacement, tooth paste still in sink from previous person. Need sheets torn, bed skirting torn, no tissue in room, the TV lighting was really dark so we couldn’t watch. The clock was unplugged, it smelled old in room…

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to check the mounted shampoo and soap bottles before showering—they were empty.
