'Only a block from the entrance to Parque La Carolina, the location was excellent for exercising, eating, shopping and banking, if you dont mind a short walk. 'We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. 'Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property. '

'The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.'
