The space
Behind the simple facade of this historic and urban cottage style house, lies a whole new and cozy world of contemporary ambiance and decor. Based on its colorful decor, my Family and I named it 'THE HOUSE OF COLORS'

Our house was just rehabbed and remodeled in 2014. We tore walls, added new windows, wall texture, painting and floors to create open and friendly spaces with lots of light. Then we added brand new contemporary furniture full of colors.

The house is centrally located in the prestigious Historic District of 'Olmos Park Terrace' where new young and mature urban professionals are moving to. This is an amazing location as the house is just 10-15 minutes away from San Antonio's main tourist spots. 4-5 miles to Downtown, Riverwalk (Paseo del Rio) and Convention Center, 5 Minutes to San Antonio's Zoo and SA's top 2 shopping, dining and entertainment centers which are 'North Star Mall' and 'The Quarry'. 24 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base. 18 minutes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and 23 minutes to Sea World.

Also our Historic District neighbors the small affluent/upscale City of 'Olmos Park' which is inside San Antonio. Within walking distance there is a great neighborhood cafe, and very nice restaurants (Mexican, Italian, French, Vietnamese).

After visiting all the tourist spots in SA, our house offers a cozy patio with brand new and contemporary furniture to enjoy a nice evening with family/friends or a nice BBQ

Very few vacation rental houses are so close to everything and at the same time offering a setting of luxury and contemporary decor with new furniture.

It's extremely important to read in full the "House Manual" section once you get your booking confirmation email to properly manage expectations on both ends. If you don't agree with any of the information from this section, you can cancel after 2 days of booking the house with 100% of your payment refunded.
