Comfortable and Convenient

Attended graduation held at the Alamodome and the location of the house was great. The interior was very clean and attention was paid to all the details. Communications were clear to easily enter and vacate the premises. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful house!

The house is as pictured- clean & cute! We didn’t use the kitchen much- just for coffee in the morning which was provided!! It was a drip coffee maker with provided filters and creamers, ect. Very nice touch!!! Also above and beyond was a Britta Water filter container in fridge and ice! It was a tad cold outside when we visited but the inside was toasty warm. The beds are super comfortable!!!-has nice touches like bedside lights and Alexa’s! And charger station! I can see why they are a super host- they thought of everything. Only con is the neighbors could clean up their yard- lol (but we all know that is out of their control!) Getting in was easy- parking in the back is a little bit of a tight turn but you can park and close the gate. Felt safe, had a security system! Well done guys!!!

Everything was great. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower of the suit and the kitchen sink faucet made a funny noise. The accommodations were topnotch. Comfortable beds and the common areas were excellent. We will book again.

The house was nice. It had plenty of room for our group of 5. The house has been recently remodeled. It was clean, well decorated, and nicely updated. We only had two issues. The neighborhood is very sketchy. They are renovating the area, but we did not feel safe outside at night. It is within walking distance of the Riverwalk, but we did not feel safe walking in that area. The other issue was parking. We were told there was an alley we could use and park behind the house inside the fenced area. The alley is overgrown and not accessible to use. We had to park on the street. We received 2 parking tickets. Due to the neighborhood we were scared to leave the car on the street, but had no other choice. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had a good experience in San Antonio. We would use other rental property offered by the host. Just not any in this location.

Nice Reno

Nicely decorated and maintained property with very comfortable beds and amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen which we appreciated during our two-week stay. We walked to the Riverwalk and downtown - just over a mile away, but an easy walk. The neighborhood is definitely in transition but the place itself is very secure and lovely, we enjoyed our stay.

Great host, great house

Our family of 5 (adults & teenagers) enjoyed a week over Christmas. House looks just like the pictures. Owner has done a great job with the details and stocking the kitchen and rest of the house with helpful items. The bath towels and bedding were very nice. We appreciated the owner's thoughtfulness to set up a Christmas tree for our stay. Neighborhood is in transition and has very easy and close access to the Riverwalk, highways and all that downtown San Antonio and nearby areas have to offer. We enjoyed our visit.
