Charmant huis in een rustige, gevestigde wijk centraal gelegen. Grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een onlangs gerenoveerde badkamer. Slaapkamer 2 met een kingsize bed en slaapkamer 3 met een queensize bed en een futon met een jack-and-jill-bad ertussen. Extra slaapkamer geschikt voor kinderen heeft een stapelbed met onderschuifbed en full-size futon. Ruime woonruimtes met 55 "Roku-tv met lokale en premiumkanalen (HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, enz.). Professioneel karaokesysteem geïnstalleerd voor uw plezier! Volledig ingerichte keuken met ontbijthoek en een grotere gemeenschappelijke eethoek met plaats voor 12 personen. Veel ruimte om binnen en buiten te spreiden. Huis met één verdieping, maar de familie / eetkamer is een stap naar beneden vanuit de keuken of slaapkamervleugel. Groot zwembad in een grote, aangelegde achtertuin om te loungen, of ping-pong te spelen op de grote tafel in de garage.

Gloednieuw bubbelbad (TM) voor 7-8 personen! Kom 's avonds ontspannen na een zware dag luieren rondom het zwembad. Een van de beste bubbelbaden van de jacuzzi met meerdere motoren en gerenommeerde waterzuiverende functies. Meerkleuren LED-verlichting met watervalfunctie. Gemakkelijk te openen afdekking zodat het na het ontgrendelen niet meer dan één vinger kan openen.

Short Family Trip

This was a wonderful place to stay and you can tell that John and Cecilia really care about their guests. Great Stay

The property owners were wonderful. Family was visiting from Wisconsin to attend granddaughter's graduation from UIW. The Owner's decorated the dining room table with graduation congratulations and also had a gift basket waiting at check-in. The back yard was great and many of our group spent a lot of time there. A small glitch with the spa was solved in minutes. Will stay there again when visiting the San Antonio area.

Spring Break getaway for family with young kids

Our family of 4 from NJ visited San Antonio and stayed here for a quick 4-night stay. The house was perfect - plenty of backyard and activities for the kids (and adults). We loved our stay at your property! The location was centrally located for all the golf courses we played at and for going out to dinner after. The home is very clean and comfortable. The house is clean and comfortably furnished. It’s very spacious and well set up, plus the hosts left an unexpected goodie basket and went above and beyond making sure anything we could need was there and easy to find. There was as an obvious attention to detail that exceeded expectations. This was a girls trip and we made several trips into downtown, which was only 15-20 minutes away, as the house was a fantastic home base. However, we enjoyed the house so much we did not want to go out a lot.

Very nice home with ample space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool didn't get used due to the cooler weather, but the hot tub, putting green and ping pong table were used nightly. Great place for our family!

We had some family gathering from different states to stay at John's place and it was very comfortable and suited our needs. The kids loved the hot tub, pool, and large yard. The dads enjoyed grilling out back and all the parents enjoyed the large glass doors that made it easy to keep an eye on the kiddos from inside. Check-in/out process was easy. We realized we had left a few things at the property after we checked out and the owners were responsive, easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating. Beautiful home. Very inviting and comfortable. Well stocked, including pantry. We all enjoyed the ping pong table, especially our teenage granddaughters! My family truly enjoyed staying at this house! Very clean, very comfortable, and lots of thought and care were taken into account to make a perfect vacation rental. Cousin Reunion

We loved this house and highly recommend this house. Wonderful neighborhood, clean, perfect for our cousin reunion. Didn't use the pool, the water was a little chilly for us, but made good use of the hot tub, putting green and some of the games. There were five of us, plus one local San Antonio cousin (he didn't stay at the house)....and plenty of room for all of us. We'd definitely stay there again!
