Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. There is a $300 fee per unauthorized pet.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. There is a $300 fee for smoking in the home.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Unauthorized parties/events will lead to immediate eviction with no refund.

★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★
This home is equipped with a doorbell camera, driveway camera, backyard camera and a camera on the side of the home that begin to record and monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home. Thank you very much for your understanding.
