The property had just been bought by Hilton so they were in transition. There were no drawers. There was no microwave. There were no HDMI ports. The breakfast was minimal. The elevator was sluggish. There was no business room, but the desk clerk was very helpful and printed out my boarding passes for me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It seems the facility is transitioning to another owner so not everything was like the last time we stayed. There were no hangers in the closet and no microwave. That is not a complaint, just an observation. I did not ask for either so no one was able to provide either of those. Your facility is very clean! And the bed was really comfortable. I would chose you again.

We reserved a room with comfort inn. This was transitioning to a Hilton low rent property. It had almost no food for breakfast and their mini market was empty. No drinking water or even glasses or ice bucket in the room. It should have been a $60 room rate but we paid three times that.

the worst hotel you can ever see. We took it for a week, for work reasons. Not once were they kind enough to clean the room. They never changed sheets. In the description of the rooms, it says that they have a refrigerator, kettle and microwave, and a surprise when you arrive. a refrigerator that doesn't even fit a bottle of water, the microwave disappeared. when I asked at reception. They say they decided to remove the microwaves from all the rooms. but they do not specify it in the description when selling. It's really a headache to stay there.

How are you gonna charge full price for a hotel that is underconstruction and still rent out rooms. Wasnt able to acess the elevator since they were putting in the floors. The staircase was under construction as well with the door to our floor locked.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation. Lobby non existant, newcroom smelled of horrible fumes of fresh paint,adhesive new furniture. The ac didn't keep the room cold. I put it on 65 to keep the fumes at a bay.

The GM Ryan does not do his job he has everybody do his job for him, no shower curtain in my room, one elevator worked, had to go downstairs for ice on the first floor from the 4th floor, staff outside smoking eating popcorn versus tending to the customer. I was on vacation and felt like I was actually a worker at the hotel. Never again, no matter what name there under I'll remember the address. I will not be revising my review you can't tell me what to say I didn't mention prices. Thank you

DON’T STAY HERE!!
Comfort Inn & Suites Airport San Antonio 1. Long black hair on bathroom floor 2. Stain or dirt on bed bottom sheet, luckily by my feet. 3. No microwave in room 4. Fridge not cold 5. Work out room was temporarily closed 6. Only garbage can in bathroom 7. Iron, no ironing board 8. Ice maker on our floor wasn’t working 9. Breakfast area was going to be going under renovations so it was moved. -Microwave didn’t work, milk almost gone, coffee was gone, no hot water for hot cocoa, tea or instant oatmeal, only a few sausage patties and they were lukewarm at best, no toaster for the bread, mix for the waffles but both waffle makers were out of order, the yogurt and hard boiled eggs were left in old room to be remodeled that no one could access. This was all at only 7:45am and no one watching room to do refills. Scrambled eggs were warm but running low. Asked for manager when I was leaving but he wasn’t in yet at 8:45 but was due to be there at 8:30. 10. Other people I encountered: One couldn’t get back in her room as the door wouldn’t open. She said she also didn’t have a shower curtain, etc. Another lady said they ran out of toilet paper and she had to go to the store to get more. 11. Internet was AWFUL and we kept losing connections continuously to the point we just gave up 12. They are working on remodeling and the 4th floor was looking nice but was not double checked to make sure everything 13. Tried calling Mgr &person disconnected me. Called back and no answer

I’ll stay in my car next time
Our stay was not good. It all began with our arrival. It seems ridiculous that check in is 4:00, that’s half of the day done! For that time, the price should be less. The pull out bed also had no bedding and the mattress was stained. The front desk people were anything but helpful. Both times, check in and check out, we were met with faces that seemed to say we were a bother. Never again will I stay at Choice hotels, it’s our first time and it was horrible.

This is an ok hotel, but I expected it to be nicer for a Comfort Inn. Our room had a horrible smell, the hotel was dirty, and the gym was out of order, and the breakfast was small.

Our stay was excellent. Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. My special request was honored. Only setback was there was no laundry service. No washer. I had just taken my laundry in hoping to wash it at my stay. Unfortunately, it was out of service and no shuttle service, which i was told they had shuttle service when i called prior to my reservations.

Comfortable and affordable for short-stay
Comfort suites is an affordable stay (as we don’t expect much) but always love how clean and comfortable the beds are. There was a line, 8 guests, and 3 guests that were already checked in that needed (1) Their AC looked at and the ONLY attendance left us, the 8 guests at the Checkin to look at her AC (she’s not maintenance so we talked amongst ourselves wondering what that would do) (2) A guest key was no longer working (3) A guests fridge didn’t work By the time I checked in, about 25 mins later I informed the young female attendant that she was doing a good job. The rooms and hotel needs some updating, paint, carpet, etc, but REMEMBER how much you’re saving before you complain, right?!! Very comfortable beds for me and my son. Served our purpose with a 2-night visit.
