Executive studio suite great location and amenities

Our gorgeous studio features a king size bed (with super comfortable linens and foam mattress), a futon, dining table, work desk and a full bathroom (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash provided).
The open plan will allow you to relax or work, a 50” Smart TV with Roku is available and free high speed WiFi. Cooking will be easy in our fully stocked kitchenette which has all the appliances and utensils you may need including basic condiments.
You will have access to a 1 car shared driveway, additional parking space is available on the street.
An AC unit will keep you comfortable in every season.
Please note the studio is attached to a home that is rented separately, it has it's own entrance and there are no common areas however the driveway is shared by both properties and there is a potential for some noise if the home is occupied since the kitchen and laundry room are the closest areas to the studio.
Check in will be a breeze and you will not have to worry about carrying keys with our Wifi digital keypad for access. Feel safe while away with a CCTV camera pointed at the entrance.
In order to keep our property adequate for all guests parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, access is allowed only for guests in the reservation and smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Up to 2 adults allowed (18 years and older) on the property.
