Welcome to our spacious and inviting Airbnb nestled in a prime location near Randolph Air Force Base. This charming retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay, with three bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. **All bedrooms are upstairs.**
The family retreat is a multi-level home offering a spacious, welcoming home away from home. Great space for relocating to the area or vacationing/touring local attractions.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing, featuring ample seating and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.

-The entire family retreat is yours to use. We just ask that you treat our home like your own and respect our neighbors. This is a family neighbor hood and not a party zone.
-There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house for your use, but parking street side is also permitted.
-There is a ring camera at the door for your protection and ours. This is used solely to ensure there are no parties or events taking place at this property.
-Only registered guests should have access unless previously approved.
-If a party or event (heavy foot traffic on the ring) is identified, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

If you need assistance with anything, please message using the AIRBNB app message feature. Myself or my co-host will respond immediately.

We do not live onsite, however the neighbor is a resource if something immediate needs to be addressed.

Otherwise, we will leave you on your own to enjoy your time at the family retreat!

-If you use the fireplace, firepit and/or bbq pit, please bag the ash and dispose in the trash.
If you use wood from our woodstack, there is an additional $25 charge.
-The washer and dryer are avialable for your use, however please be mindful of water use here in dry Texas. Only wash a full load if you are using for personal laundry.
- If you use the pool table, please be careful with the felt, it tears easily if you are not experienced. You will be charged a repair fee.
- Please do not allow the littles to use the pool table. They may mishandle the poolsticks and/or tear the felt.
- There are lots of game options for use, but please return game pieces back to the proper game/box.
Trash day is Tuesday and Friday. Please put cans out to the street.
