We’re here if you need us! We are local and happy to provide personalized recommendations or help with anything that ensures your stay is unforgettable. We respect your privacy but are just a message away!

We are a call or text away. Our job is to make your stay as seamless and as easy as possible! We will be sharing our cell phone numbers with you so you will never be put on hold or not taken care of! We are also small business owners so we know the importance of customer service!

Our job as hosts, we believe, is to be fanatical about customer service. We are a family of 3 with 3 kiddos:8,7 and 4 (yes, we had a COVID baby) and when we travel with them, dear Lord, we know it is stressful! So, we make it our mission to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We are here if you need any suggestions of places to go with the kiddos (free or paid), help if you have any special requests (we will accommodate to the best of our abilities - we can’t get unicorns but we will surely try!) and anything else you may need.

We do like to emphasize however, we do NOT allow or condone any parties or events on our property. We love our amazing neighbors and they love us back and we work REALLY hard to keep it that way.

The dining area comfortably seats eight, plus extra barstool seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with top-tier cookware, a large fridge with ice maker, and everything you need to prep the perfect meal.

Coffee lovers will adore the fully stocked beverage station with Starbucks beans, Keurig, Nespresso machine, and a variety of creamers, teas, hot chocolate, and even options for brewing beer!

Each bedroom is designed for comfort with high-quality mattresses and blackout curtains for restful sleep. All rooms include 42" or larger smart TVs mounted on the wall. The main bathroom features a rain shower with a handheld wand, while another offers a combo shower/tub for convenience.

The garage includes a professional-grade ping pong table, along with a washer and dryer set fully equipped with laundry supplies for your use.

Located in a well-established neighborhood, you're just minutes from San Antonio’s top attractions like Six Flags, the River Walk, and the zoo. Enjoy easy access to major highways, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Please see attached house rules. Please confirm having read and acknowledged these rules:

- Guest making the booking must be 25+ yrs of age
- EVENTS: Absolutely NO parties of any kind as this is a quiet and family oriented/ focused neighborhood.
- GRILL: We provide a Propane Grill and Propane Tank. If the propane runs out during your stay, feel free to do a propane tank exchange at a nearby location. Just send us the receipt, and we’ll reimburse you for the cost!
- HOT TUB: No drinks or food on the hot tub. When done - please turn off jets and please leave the water to 80 degrees when done - do not leave it running all night long .
- TRASH: Please be sure to dispose of trash in the correct bins — BLACK/BROWN for regular trash, BLUE for recycling. The city charges a $75 fine for improper sorting, and no one enjoys digging through trash to fix it. Thanks for helping us avoid any mix-ups — if bins are not sorted properly, we do have to pass along the $75 city fine
- PETS: Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Max 2 per stay - Failure to disclose will be subject to evection and a $250 fee.
- PARKING: Up to 4 Cars MAX allowed. All should park on the driveway. If an additional car needs to be parked on the street, Please provide License plate so we can provide with parking permit. Only 1 car allowed on the street for Our house per HOA regulations to avoid towing.
- LOST ITEMS • We are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left behind. We will try to accommodate you if an item is left behind, but we cannot guarantee the items will be found.
- MAKE-UP TOWELS • Please use the provided makeup towels. Any makeup left on the towels, sheets, comforter, pillowcases, and blankets will incur additional cleaning charges.
- QUIET HOURS: To be considerate of our sensitive neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10pm.

- No more than 9 adults sleeping at any given moment (This excludes children), due to Texas Property Code, Occupancy Limits, statue # 92.010.
An adult is 18yrs of age or older.
