To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask that you respect the following rules:


* The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Please do not exceed this limit.

* Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Avoid excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors.

* Treat the apartment’s furniture, appliances, and utensils with care. Moving furniture or making modifications to the space is not permitted.

* Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
Before checking out, be sure to leave the apartment in a condition similar to how you found it.

* Place trash in the appropriate bins located near the building.
Follow local recycling guidelines.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

* Pets are not allowed in the apartment unless prior authorization has been granted.

* Close doors and windows when you leave to ensure the security of the accommodation.

* Parties and events are not permitted. Visitors must be limited and must not exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity.
