Villa ‘Oasis Serenity’ is a detached villa with 7 bedrooms with single beds and 5 complete bathrooms with shower, distributed over two floors with an area of 410m2.

The seventh bedroom is considered a children's bedroom, being quite smaller than the rest, with capacity for 2 people with two single beds.

Located on the beachfront of Maspalomas Beach and only 4 minutes walk from the ‘Boulevard Meloneras’. Enjoy some well-deserved days of rest in this house that we are convinced will leave you breathless. Big brand shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, exclusive restaurants and the best hotels are only a few minutes walk from the house.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minimum number of rooms available will be determined according to the base occupancy.

Depending on the number of persons you put in your booking, a number of bedrooms will be opened. Example: if you book for 10 people 5 bedrooms will be opened, if you book for 11-12 people 6 bedrooms will be opened....
To use all sleeping spaces comfortably, a reservation for 14 guests is required, which ensures that all guests have a designated place to sleep.

Services included in Oasis Serenity

The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
We provide bedding and towels to be changed for reservations of 8 nights or more, which will be delivered to your villa without the need to request them.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.


Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 2000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
