Stylish and cozy 4-room apartment with a terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 6-family house in a prime central location. The apartment was completely renovated in August 2022 and offers guests the perfect blend of style and comfort with the charm of a beach cottage.

Instead of air conditioning, there are vintage fans, and both double beds come with mosquito nets. A definite highlight of the apartment is the terrace lounge, where you can eat and relax.

The apartment is located just about 300 m from one of the city’s main squares; cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and ice cream shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Corso (a popular shopping street) is also just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can reach the harbor (Porto) as well as the beach promenade, which is about 1.3 km away.

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers guests a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The entryway leads into a bright living room with a reading nook, a pull-out couch (which has its own mattress), and a TV with Netflix access. A small entryway leads to the apartment’s other rooms. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed featuring high-quality orthopedic mattresses. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom with a beautiful “jungle” shower; the other bedroom has direct access to an enclosed balcony and a walk-in closet. The apartment has an additional bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen features a large American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and ceramic cooktop, and is fully equipped. The large dining table is the focal point of the kitchen and invites you to enjoy meals together with your loved ones. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the outdoor terrace, which features a dining area, lounge chair, washing machine, and outdoor shower. A little oasis—and certainly a highlight of Casa Blu Sand.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, located in the heart of a traditional neighborhood in San Benedetto del Tronto. La dolce vita—right in the middle of it all.
