'The room was nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed.
Unfortunately there was difficulty accessing the room as the key card wasn't left, so after travelling all day it was pretty disappointing for it to take so long to access the room.
The building itself was very difficult to find as Google maps did not give precise directions.
The area felt a bit rough and potentially dangerous.
I was woken up just before 5am with a message telling us to go to the owners cafe nearby to pay the visitor tax...

'Facilities were comfortable, location was great, and the welcome/entry was outstanding. Host also gave us a great recommendations for other travel services. Only issue is that the wifi signal was very weak, and kept dropping. I brought up with the host, but did not get resolution. WiFi is very important for international travelers, as signal on home carriers is usually poor, so planning and email must be done in the evening. '

'Stayed in the suite that can accommodate 8 people, it was a lovely space, we enjoyed 3 restrooms! The art was beautiful along with the marble stairs. The staff didnt know.much English, but knew how to work google translate so their were no issues. Would stay again'

L’unico aspetto è la colazione rilasciano dei ticket che comprendono un cornetto e il caffè, in altre strutture là colazione era decisamente abbondante.

'Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.'

'The only positive about it, it was close to the city center, a 10 minute walk.
I booked it for 3 adults (there was no mention that room was for 2 adults and a child) but the second bed was too small / short for an adult and the beds were not comfortable.
The accommodation was in a somewhat old building with not a nice view. '
