Pillowcases were stained and dirty (yellow stains, black dirt... clearly not washed prior to my stay.
When calling the hotel number to ask if late checkout was available, the call went to a call center, and the people at the call center hung up twice when they learned I was not making a new booking. I called three times and spoke with three different people. Selections to do other than make a new booking did not work. The call center personnel supporting this hotel were exceptionally rude, and a major contributor to my low rating.
On the positive side, the gentlemen who worked at the front desk were both very nice. The building appears to have been recently remodeled and although very plain, is in good condition. Parking space is plentiful.
I will not stay here again, and recommend this hotel to no one. Dirty pillows make you wonder what else isn't clean, and the rude call center people made a poor first impression that lack of hotel cleanliness upheld.
