Nice place overall. Affordable. Decent distance from the freeway, so relatively quiet. One or two places nearby to walk to for meals. Downtown Redlands is a few minutes away by car.

The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking inn. Then the lady at the rent desk gives me another room and I go to that room . It has peoples belongings in the room drug’s cigarette liquor etc. I go back to front desk she says no. There should be no one in the room

Loud, annoying and frustrating.
Having to have all key cards reprogrammed every day was very annoying. Having house keeper's laughing, joking, and talking loudly at 6am in the halls was disturbing as well. Call the front desk about a sticky spot on the floor in-between the beds, was told someone will be by to look at it...no one ever showed up!

The place was really nice, so was the room & area. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the room wasn’t ready on time although we arrived 2 hours after the check in time.

Good Nite Inn Redlands/San Bernadino area
This hotel is conveniently located to local restaurants and easy freeway access. The hotel rooms I experienced on this trip I would rate a 4, on a scale of 1-10. The first room I was provided had a smoking oder. Front desk quickly provided me a different which had a "stale air" oder. Good carpet cleaning, AC filter change could fix that. My room had simple accommodations, 2 night stands, table with chairs, tv, dresser drawer. All those furniture items were fine. As I went to lay on the bed, which was clean and had plenty of fluffed pillows and a warm blanket. The bed mattress was needing to be replaced, it had lost its firm posture. I sunk in the bed mattress as i lay on it. The sink area was clean, sticked with soap and hand towels, and worked fine. The bathroom was clean, stocked with soap and shampoo. The toilet sat low and the seat was pretty small. The front window is single pane so you will hear every noise that is in eat shot distance. I was awaken several times by neighbors slamming doors, which shook my room, and loud noises from outside my room. In all fairness, this hotel has opinionated discrepancies which can be improved upon. what made my stay less enjoyable was the quality of customer etiquette! Take into consideration the hotels location, local events, pricing, and peer review when considering any hotel.

I had a dog in my car it never came out, I ran in to use restroom, then take dog to mother, I literally got room parked and ran in used restroom and an employee knocked on door stating we had to leave due to no pet policy, but the dog wasn't staying and it never came out of car. I had to really pee cause I'm pregnant so I ran in used restroom and went to go take dog back to owner, when asked to leave I left and only received the 25.00 deposit not my reward night back or the 93.00 they charged
