We booked 2 rooms in November 2018 for one night in June 2019.
When we arrive, the rooms where not available, had been given away to others.
There was no communication from the hotel, and they knew already this was gonna happen.
We were transferred to a hotel 20 km back, hotel Olmi arranged that for us.
We have to pay in advance !! Whitout seeing or knowing the other hotel.
Cost us more than 1 hour delay in total.
