Ze hadden overal antwoord op en de service ging zelfs zover dat men heeft geholpen om ons koffer te voet naar een ander hotel te brengen omdat het volgens hun te lastig was om een taxi te laten rijden. Wij hebben dit erg gewaardeerd. Mooie zitjes in de courtyard en leuke tuin! We zouden een volgende keer zeker terugkomen hier!'

'Casona La Recoleta is a wonderful place to stay at Cusco. My spouse became ill from the altitude sickness upon arrival. The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms. My spouse kept on and off the oxygen without success of bringing her blood oxygen level up on her own.
