De plaatsjes die je ziet wanneer je het hotel boekt komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het is allemaal verouderd en de bodem van het zwembad was niet te zien doordat het water vies en troebel was! De kamers waren redelijk maar ook verouderd. Al met al was de kwaliteit en prijs verhouding niet correct.

Cuenta con piscina, acceso directo a la playa y a un río. Vista al mar desde el restaurante es muy hermosa. Todo muy bien.

Sería recomendable tener barandas en un acceso hacia piscina desde el bar y también bajando las escaleras hacia la playa. Arreglar esos escalones para que estén parejos y no irregulares.

The pictures shows are not like the property is, it needs maintenance, the property do not have back up energy, no administration at night, just the security guy.

Nice place to stay over the weekend and going to the beach. No hot water, even when they confirmed it, so expect cold and luke/cold water. Breakfast is expensive and simple, but you can get by it. Restaurant is good for lunch and diner. Room safety is sketchy, with doors closing poorly, and no internal door block. Only a simple bedroom door knob. There are improvements to the place, but still needs a lot of work.

You get what you pay for...
Our first stay in the interior outside of Panama City. Honestly, the price is what attracted us. Proximity to beach and the "younger staff" were good. On the negative side.. no hot water, TV did not work, breakfast was ok but had to show reservation which stated "included", pictures not showing true representation, a bit neglected and run down, "older staff" not as friendly. Spend the extra $10-$20 dollars next time, it's worth it.

Good evening, Your comment seems out of context with the hotel, our hotel is a nice beach hotel for 60.00 USD for two people in a Queen size bedroom, We invite you to visit maybe a 5 star hotel if you want something different.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay
Really enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend. The hotel was in a beautiful location on the beach and had a very relaxed feel. The pool was lovely and surroundings pleasant too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very nice and we also visited the restaurant next door. There are a couple of surf schools just up the road where the kids had lessons. Yes parts of the hotel could do with some updating/redecoration but this did not detract from a lovely stay.

The property is on the beach with high surf. Not suited for families unless you use the pool. The room was clean but of sub standard for the price charged. Breakfast was included but was served cold. If the rate was 35.00 a night I would not complain, but given the other choices in the same price range it was not a good choice on my part. If more effort was spend on landscaping, general cleaning and finishing a number of their add on facilities and some good paint the property would certainly be worth the rate charged. People are friendly and want to help but i can see that their financial situation presents limitations to bring the property to its elevated potential. It is not easy to say this as I feel their pain, but sometimes the naked truth can help to speed up the process to make the change or find solutions.

Es un hotel pequeño pero acogedor. Lo mantienen aseado que es importante. El personal es muy atento y están dispuestos a colaborar. La vista es hermosa ya que la playa esta justo en frente del restaurante. Lo único a mejorar es la señal de wifi y la comida.

Very old, and staff seem to hate their job.
Old hotel, old room, old furniture, and all of them worn out. Staff does not seem to offer any services, and hope you leave soon. Ac bareley cools, and location was much farther away than what I needed

Dear guest: We apologize for any incovenience that you may have perceived our staff always has the best disposition to please our guest on any situation. The facts you are stating are odd as we do not own old furniture and our location is just one hr away from the city and we are beach front. I invite you to take a look at other comments we think you didnt came to Bay View if not to other hotel. Hope to see you soon again!

we refused to stay there they wanted cash up front and are not using the debt or credit card system they also wanted us to cancel our resivation with expedia and redo it with them so they would not have to pay the 20% to expedia

Resort was pleasant and beach nice. Swimming pool as well. Meals were expensive and they would not honour jubelates discount for senior tourists . Wait staff was excellent and tried very hard to speak English with us. We enjoyed our stay.

Demasiado caro para lo que es!
Me sorprendí de la relación precio vs producto... el cuarto realmente básico, sin internet, super rustic. En el baño casi muero del susto cuando en el medio de la noche me salían cucarachas de todos los tamaños, horrible!

Nos fue muy bien, no tuvimos problemas. Ahora solamente necesito la factura comercial de mi estadía pues el Hotel me indicó que la pidiera a hoteles.com y eso es lo que estoy haciendo..

On the beach, but leaves something to be desired
Receptionist that checked us in was very friendly. Hotel is right on the beach. It is an older property, but for the most part clean. Room was small. Pool closes at 6:30 which was disappointing for our kids as we were gone during the day and they looked forward to swimming when we got back. One of the nights we did swim after it was closed. The staff didn't seem to mind, but all the lights around the pool were shut off. Our maid service consisted of clean towels and toilet paper left outside of our room. Our stay wasn't miserable, but I won't be in a hurry to return.
