Mooi huis op Hillside met miljoen dollar uitzicht op Ocean en Bay

House heeft twee master suites w / ligbaden boven en een dubbel stapelbed en ligbad beneden. Er is een patio op het dak met een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan en de baai. Ook balkons op elke verdieping met uitzicht op de oceaan. Er is een enkele en dubbele kajak die u kunt gebruiken. U kunt genieten van het kleine strand aan de voet van de heuvel vanuit het huis of het zwembad bij de ingang van het schiereiland met een strand, cabana's, eten, kajak, paddle board en waterfietsen en natuurlijk cocktails. Hun kosten voor de dag zijn 100 pesos rond $ 6 USD. Ze laten je je eigen of onze kajaks meenemen om de grotten in de omgeving te verkennen. Guaymas is de dichtstbijzijnde stad op ongeveer 15 minuten. weg kunt u Walmart en andere winkels vinden. Ook is er paardrijden langs het strand, varen, diepzeevissen, snorkelen, duiken, talloze stranden, restaurants, bars en wandelen in de omgeving. 9 slaapplaatsen.

Super clean and comfortable house!

We would definitely stay here again. The house was cleaner than any house I’ve ever rented before. Honestly, that is so important to me and the towels and sheets smell like the four seasons.We fished out of the Marina and caught Marlin, Sailfish and Dorado. The house has a beautiful view, and Michael was easy to communicate with.

amazing breathe taking views.Property very clean, a lot of parking (we had two cars, could accommodate 3 cars),Kitchen well stock, even though our cooking was limited to just breakfast for the children, Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and toilette paper etc.The community is very secure, calm and quiet. Our entire group enjoyed the location and out stay very very much! A very very short drive down to the beach. We even enjoyed the kayaks that were available. Honestly

We only stayed 2 nights for an Epic fishing trip. The house was great! Conducive to relaxing on the many patios overlooking the harbor. Make sure you bring your own shower/bath soap and shampoo. If not the little store at the bottom of the hill will have what you need. Only one smaller TV on the mid level that makes it great for spending quality time disconnected from the world and allows for great conversations and relaxation.Beautiful home!

Nice Home in the Caracol

Very nice home in the Caracol with excellent views. The propane tanks for the fire pit and BBQ grille were empty. We were expecting bath/shower soap/shampoo, but none were provided. I guess you have to bring your own? I would recommend that a night shade be provided for the large window in the master bedroom sitting area. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay!

Great Stay - Will Return When Back in San Carlos

Nice property / Michael (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Quiet area - great view - has everything you need. Was there on business / pleasure and found it to be a very nice stay. Suggestions for improvement - maybe update the directions to include “follow the number signs” to the property. The streets in this development are a little confusing if you have never been there - but the numbers are sequential and there are signs everywhere telling you which numbers are which way. Initial visit - so that was the only challenge upon arrival - but Michael was available via telephone to sort it out. Once at the property - was a great stay - stayed for one week.

Incredible view!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place! It was our first time in San Carlos and it won't be our last! We fell in love with the people, the beauty of the mountains, the organ pipe cactus, and the incredible turquoise water! The house has the most incredible view and was very comfortable for our party of 8. We traveled during an unusual heat wave, so we appreciated how well the AC worked. Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade the mattress in the Queen master suite as it was squeaky and a bit uncomfortable, provide more towels (we had 6 for our party of 8 and had to share), and put games, puzzles, and music in a visible location. We didn't realize everything was in a small drawer under the jukebox until our last day. There was also a cockroach under the bed in the room we stayed in but it was dead, so thank goodness the exterminators are doing a good job! There were some minor maintenance issues with the downstairs shower drain, but not a huge deal. Michael made check-in very easy and was very helpful. Everything in San Carlos is so nice. We ate at some of the best restaurants (Mercado, La Zurda Beer Company, Las Heraduras, and Doria Rosita in La Manga is a must!) We also did San Carlos Sunset Cruises to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and it was a trip highlight!! Bahia Delfin is a beautiful beach with soft sand and so many shells - and we saw dolphins!! San Carlos is just wonderful and we will absolutely return!! Thank you for sharing your home with us Michael!

Best view in San Carlos

This home was amazing! The neighborhood is secure and has 24 hour security, the roads in the community can be steep in some areas and narrow but it’s manageable. The home itself was better than expected, the pictures do not do it justice! The views were the best if experienced in San Carlos! The home was well equipped with what we needed. Location was really great close to the marina, bars, restaurants, shops, everything was very accessible. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us 🙏💛
