  • Onlangs gerenoveerd, deze 2 BD 2 BA Palmboom view suite beschikt over een spectaculaire oceaan kustlijn en witte uitzicht op het water slechts een korte par 4 vanaf een verhoogde tee box naar het strand zand!

    Zeehonden kunnen worden gehoord en gezien, vanaf het dek telescoop dagelijks. De beste surfen aan de westkust van Californië is gewoon de trap af en in de buurt-by.

    Zie mijn even mooi andere eigendommen # 1385 grenzend aan "Top of the World".

The place was in a great location with an spectacular view. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. We found food and plates under the couches in the living room, and the toilet was extremely dirty. It honestly didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in. The location and view were great, but the cleanliness definitely needs major improvement.

The balcony overlooking the town and the ocean was the star of our stay! Apartment was spacious and clean. We appreciated the fresh flowers! Great location. Easy to walk to the Pier and the beach. Would stay there again.

One of the best views in San Clemente

A great beach experience, especially liked the large deck overlooking Pier Bowl. Comfortable apartment. Short walk down to the pier and beach,some might say a bit steep walking back up but that's what makes the view so great.

Breathtaking View

The place is nice clean and spacious. You can’t beat the view. We walked down to the beach in minutes and they had amazing shops and eatery places. There is a train that goes by the beach here and there. Our kids loved it. Again, the view is unbeatable.

All about the views

The property has an amazing location with a large balcony for viewing the San Clemente Pier and the Pacific Ocean. Loved staying here. Property is a bit on the dated side and the laminate Floors in the master bedroom appear to have had a water leak at some point. Either way it is an amazing property that we would def stay at again.

View was spectacular as well as the location. There were ants in the kitchen and in the master bedroom. Never able to get the TV to work, other than Netflix. Had fun any way!

Fantastic view and location. Jerry, the host, is the best. A bit of quirkiness (as you can see from the photos) gives the place loads of personality. It's great "bang for the buck". A bit more TLC would be nice, as a couple of items--admittedly non-essential--weren't working. The indoor spaces were clean, but in a pet-friendly unit an AstroTurf balcony is not a good idea. A previous dog had obviously "used" it. Overall, we loved the place and will try to stay there again when we next visit San Clemente.

Very nice property, close to beach, nice owner

We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. The rooms were clean and everything in the penthouse worked as expected. There were 8 of us over the age of 10 in our group and there was plenty of living space. Four of the beds are bunk beds and the other 2 are queens so make sure to plan accordingly. The room is located a couple of short blocks from the beach and there is a train station located right there that will take you anywhere up and down the coast if needed. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards available to use. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to a couple of questions we had. We also found the people of San Clemente to be very friendly and helpful everywhere we went. We'd recommend this.

Amazing Location with Great View

The location of the property is in a great area. We easily walked to the beach and various restaurants. There is some uphill walks, but that is to be expected in the area. A car is not required, but we enjoyed having one to go to the grocery store and other places slightly farther away. It was great there was a parking space in the driveway as street parking is very difficult to find. The unit had a very comfortable bed, ample kitchen with full size coffee maker (big deal for us) and an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sunset in the evening. Also, there are beach chairs, umbrella etc. all available for use. Next time we are in San Clemente, we will definitely stay here again.

Great View, Perfect Location

Amazing views overlooking the pier and beach. Easy access to beach, walking path, and shops. Jerry was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The place had everything we needed. The balcony is spacious, lots of seating, two sliding doors to enjoy the perfect weather. The sunsets were great, and nights very calm and relaxing. In addition to the beach access, the location is great for running, walking, shopping, etc… with many walkable activities within a half mile or so. The trolley picks up close by, so you can get just about anywhere in San Clemente without a car. We frequently took the trolley to Del Mar or El Camino Real for drinks/dinner and walked back. San Clemente has some incline on most streets to/from the beach, so plan ahead depending on physical limitations, strollers, etc… we walked to the beach and pier in about 5 minutes. The incline is only to/from the beach, so walking around the neighborhood and town is relatively flat. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to stay here again!
