Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. It’s facing the freeway but you don’t hear any noise...

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'
'I had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent!friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is also a big plus—within easy walking distance to lots of entertainment, restaurants, and attractions.
I would definitely stay here again!
The only thing I’d note is that the parking structure could use some improvements—it was a bit dark and felt somewhat isolated at times. Better lighting and visibility...

'Cool hotel. Modern vibe in a historic building. Easy check in with valet available. We ate at the hotel....food was delicious! We sat out on the spacious and unique patio for dinner. We were a bit disappointed because we had to keep going inside to the bar to get drinks, food orders, etc. so service wasn't great. Weird because the bar only had 1 person with 2 bartenders. 'The property itself is gorgeous! They’ve done an amazing job with this historic building. The room was VERY clean, it was very charming and comfortable. "Voor aankomst was mijn kamer gecanceld omdat mijn creditcard niet gepre-authoriseerd kon worden, ondanks dat ik bij de locatie zou betalen. Hier ben ik op geen enkele manier van op de hoogte gesteld. De kamer was vergeven zodat ik bij mijn collega moest slapen. "
"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra.
