'We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. 'I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was at capacity. This was surprising, as we arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time. So it was unclear how the property could already be fully booked.

'The hotel restaurant, Bistro 39, was fantastic. The service was friendly, the food was fresh and the atmosphere was comfortable.
Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable, even though it was a little squeaky. We didn't have a table on the left side of the bed, and when asked about it, the staff graciously accommodated us with one. It was nice and quiet.
We also appreciated the nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was provided. They all smelled lovely!
