Very clean! Great location.
This place was exactly as described. It’s more spacious than it looks from the outside and more than I was expecting. The condo is decorated nicely, it was very clean and orderly. The only downside is there was difficulty with food deliveries because they can’t figure out how to access the condo. After the first delivery error I just started meeting them in the alley of bayside and it wasn’t an issue. I loved the washer and dryer accessibility. Hot water and water pressure was great. Communication was top tier.

Great Beach House!
Property is in prime location to walk to the bay, beach, food and Belmont Park. Garage has everything you could need for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, strollers, etc. Our family of 6 had an excellent Thanksgiving week!

Nice stay but misleading
Overall this place was nice and we had a good time. We liked the clean, modern bedrooms, large couch and TV for movie watching, and perfect Mission Beach location. There were more than enough towels and we appreciated the tide to-go pods and downy fabric spray. The only negatives however are that the online ad is misleading. It states there is AC however there are 2 AC units, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom, leaving out the two other bedrooms. The temperature ended up being fine with fans, however I specifically searched for a property with AC in case the weekend was extremely warm. I feel that this property cost more because it advertised AC (a rare thing in Mission Beach) and I probably over-paid. Additionally, there seems to be pictures of two separate balconies on the listing, however there is only one. It wasn't a big deal, but we felt slightly duped. Overall would recommend if you know these things going in advance.

Wonderful Stay
Our family of 7 had a wonderful week at this great rental! It was comfortable and clean and spacious. They have all the beach toys needed for the 2 block walk to the beach- it’s a perfect location! We loved sitting on the balcony with the comfy patio furniture. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come again!

Perfect Summer Getaway!
This location was perfect for our family of 7 vacation. Walking distance from Belmont Park, the beach, and parks. All my kids had a blast. (Ages 18-6). This home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Easy check in and out. We loved it!

Everything was as described in the listing. Liked how food, the beach & Belmont Park was just a short walk. All the linens were clean and kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook as in dishes and most seasonings. Only thing I would recommend is having the cleaning service to dust the house & the portable fans/ac’s more often. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

Excellent property for a vacation
We rented this property for my nephews Marine Corps graduation. The property was very clean, great amenities, close to the beach and shops. Working with the property owner was one of the best experiences, Aaron was extremely supportive when we had a family member admitted to the hospital, he was flexible and allowed us to book another night while we waited for my dad to be released from the hospital. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Great beach house!
We had a great stay at Aaron's beach house. The location is safe, so close to the beach and honestly surpassed all expectations. The house is STOCKED with kitchen appliances, games, beach stuff etc. The only thing is you cannot use the top deck or the bottom area of the house.

The three bedroom home met our needs for a family vacation in San Diego. The bikes, the beach toys and towels really helped make it an enjoyable time for all of us . We also appreciated the use of the garage as parking is at a premium in this area. The little table and chairs on the balcony as pictured are missing but it didn’t matter as we experienced rain most of the week. The kitchen has everything you would need and the pantry has extra spices and oils for cooking too.

Perfect location very short walk from beach and steps from the bay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and the linens were very soft. The place is not large, but we stayed with four adults, a teenager and a child and we had enough space to eat together and socialize.

Very nice property but no central AC
Overall, we enjoyed our trip to San Diego and this property. I've listed what I feel are the positives along with possible areas of improvement for the owners to consider. Positives: - Nice location near bay and amusements - 3 bed/2 bath provided plenty of space for our family of 4 - Very helpful to have linens and towels (including beach towels) - Kitchen had everything we needed - Nice to have beach chairs and some beach toys included - Balcony area was pleasant - Very responsive management company that often replied within a few hours or sooner both before and during our stay. They were very patient and addressed all questions. - Ceiling fans in the bedrooms - Charging cords in bedrooms - Some toiletries included Possible areas of improvement to consider: - The lack of central AC was a big deal for us and was unexpected since the property was advertised as having AC in the VRBO listing. The one portable unit was not sufficient to cool the unit, especially the bedrooms. We tried leaving the windows open but the area was still very hot and the thermostat read 80 degrees for most of the week which really wasn't comfortable for our stay in August. I suggest removing the AC from the listing or being very clear in the description for future renters. Alternatively, if the rooms had cooling units also it probably would go a long way to making the unit more comfortable in August. Sleeping with the windows open was difficult due to early AM noise from birds, garbage trucks, and construction from a nearby property. (I know the owner can't control any of that and those noises are in most locations.) - One of the pictures showed a stairwell and it might be implied that this was a 2 floor unit. This wasn't as big of a deal but it was unexpected to see part of the unit blocked off. I had stayed at another second floor unit in the past which had rooftop access with a seating area which was very nice. I don't know if this was something the unit had access to or not but if it did it would have added to the experience - The cleaners are not cleaning the blinds; there is substantial dust/grim that was felt whenever I opened and closed the windows Overall we enjoyed the unit and would consider returning during a cooler season when AC wasn't needed. This was overall a very nice unit.

Great place!
Perfect little spot for a family with littles! We were able to walk to the beach, Belmont park, a kids park, and restaurants! I will mention that there is a lot of activity in the area so if you are looking for a quiet spot this may not be it. With that said, the kiddos were so tired at the end of the long days they passed right out and didn’t wake up till the late morning! The guest services were super responsive with the few requests I had which was super apriciated! Thanks for everything!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this property in Mission Beach. Location is excellent. Very close to Belmont Park, and probably a 5 minute walk to the ocean beach (the bay beach is practically right out the door). The garage is technically 2 stalls, but you can realistically only park one car inside, because much of the other side is being used for storage (including everything you could possibly need for the beach). There is, however, enough space in front of the garage door to park a second small to mid-sized vehicle. We parked a Honda CRV there without much trouble. The inside of the property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would certainly stay here again.

The house could not have had a better location. There are three separate beaches within a block radius, and Belmont park is practically next door. A great time and lots of room for family of 6! Ideal location and outfitted with all the essentials and more - a crockpot even! Even though kids were older, we still took advantage of wagon to haul all the beach gear(which was included-chairs, umbrellas). Would highly recommend for anyone with teens, lots they can do within walking distance (beach, Belmont amusement park and 2 bikes to ride included in rental) and a short drive to other areas. Garage is smaller so be aware a big vehicle may not fit. It was tight with a Nissan Pathfinder.

Aaron's Mission Beach rental is wonderful; bright sunny sitting room and deck, comfy couch and convenient kitchen design, and the beds were soooo comfortable in all three bedrooms. The location is convenient to get to Belmont Park but also to the bay side beach and boardwalk, and just a couple of blocks to the ocean side beach. Restaurants, shops and corner market are within walking distance. We didn't have a chance make use of the bikes or beach items but it's great to have them available. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for family with perfect location
This is a really nice place with plenty of room for family. We were pleasantly surprised by beach toys, different floating devices, bicycles and a cart for kids that we could use. Nice size garage where we were able to park our large 7 seats SUV. Management is super responsive, got answers to all my questions within minutes. They also provided us with a pack n play. And also perfect location, walking distance (like 2 min tops) to a beach and a great kids playground, and a sidewalk along a bay within like 10 steps and it’s endless, we rode bicycles there and weren’t able to reach the end. Nice quite neighborhood. There is small construction going on couple of houses down the street, but they seemed to progress quickly, so I’d say it’d be over soon and wasn’t bothering much, especially if keep balcony door closed. Definitely no noise during early morning or night. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice little place upstairs. Lots of amenities in the kitchen to prepare food. The garage is tight but nice to have. Beach equipment and bikes were also available and nice to have. We contacted management a few times and their response was quick and useful. Many great places to eat within walking distance. The family loved being so close to the bay. It's a very convenient location.

Great location to everything. Only thing was a lot of us are sensitive and allergic
Overall it was a great location. Bay on one side and the beach a few blocks down. The area was pretty quite and there's a great park for kids walking distance. The host were very quick to respond so that was great and appreciated. The main thing for us was a lot of us are sensitive and allergic to dust and the windows and panels were covered with dust. We wished the bedrooms were not carpeted. We are a particular family tho we don't wear shoes in the home and wear inside slippers so it's something we just needed to adjust to. My girls were very confused that I made them wear shoes inside the home. Ha. Overall we had a great time and we were happy with our stay.

Excellent Stay!
Overall it was a very nice vacation. The house looks a little bigger on pictures, gives you an impression that you're getting a two story house when it's actually just one floor. After that initial shock you come to realize you don't need anything more. Was awaken twice early in the morning by garbage truck but that's going to happen at ANY property in Mission Bay. Beds are super comfy, AC only in living area, but it's not needed anywhere else. Belmont park roller coaster can be heard all day long but it's actually kinda nice! Reminds you that you're right there in Mission Beach. Aaron, host, was very accommodating and was always available when needed. Overall an excellent stay and I'm missing it already.

Excellent location, great neighborhood. The property was exactly as presented here. It's well maintained and very comfortable.

Great Location Great Value
Location is perfect. 1 Block from the Bay and 1 Block from the beach. If you have kids, the playground that is 2 blocks away is the best playground we have ever been on! You can also see the SeaWorld Fireworks perfectly from the patio every night. The house was clean and is kept in very good condition. The owner and/or manager was easy to communicate with and checked in with us after we got there to be sure we had everything we needed. This house was perfect for our family summer getaway. We had 4 adults and 2 small children. Not much room for any more than that, but it was more than enough space for us. Garage had lots of beach items to use as well. The only thing that is lacking is a super market or grocery store nearby. I had to drive to Pacific Beach (only 10 minutes away) to get a couple grocery items we needed. Other than that, it is only the corner liquor stores that have Very Basic items.

Summer Trip 2021
The property was very clean and a short walk to the beach and Mission Bay. The host was very easy to communicate with and the house is very clean and has all the toys and essentials you may need for a trip.

Beautiful home and amazing location.
Easy access, very spacious and open living room area. Bedrooms were cute and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with Family
This property had many features that we wanted. Location, size, bedrooms, vibe, big kitchen with two seating areas for larger groups. The kitchen has everything one would need to bake or create a masterful dinner. The pantry even came equipped with some spices, honey etc. The balcony has different more lounge type furniture which was nice, and I moved it all to practice some yoga there- delightful. You can hear the ocean and see the bay side from the balcony. Good access to food and restaurants even in these trying times. It’s good to support these businesses! Finally, I will say that the first night here was not as pleasant because the bunk room was dirty and the lower bunk had not been cleaned or sheets changed it appeared (and smelled)! We have sensitive people in the group to perfumes and fabric softener and I washed king duvet and sheets without that and it helped. We just washed everything ourselves and moved on. Property management is very helpful and responsive. Also the extra things for baby such as the high chair came in handy! You don’t always get it all, but this one made for a special 47th birthday!

Overall a good place
Finding the place when we first arrived was a little confusing but everything else was easy. The key pad was convenient and easy to use. The inside was plenty of room for our 8 party. We had plenty of kitchen appliances and household stuff. I think the only thing was the bikes in the garage. There was 3 adult bikes and one of them had the chain off/broken so we had one less bike. No big deal we ended up having to rent two extra anyways. Overall we had a great time. Would probably rent again but maybe the downstairs instead.
