Clean and conveniently located!
We really enjoyed the location, had no noise issues with neighbors, and loved that the beach was a block away. For half of our meals we just walked a few blocks away and were never disappointed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location!
This is perfect for one person or a couple. Location is awesome to walk to the beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, amusement park, etc. Loved everything about it and will try to rent it out every time I come to visit my son.

Hard to beat this location only one block from the beach. Check in instructions were clear and I had no problem getting in after arriving late night. Place was well equipped and perfect for a few days in San Diego

Good access to beach and cafes
Unfortunately an attack of pancreatitis reduced our stay by a couple of days and ruined part of our stay. Place was clean and had nice amenities.

Amazing Condo
The location was exactly what we were looking for. One block from the ocean and one block from the bay, with everything in walking distance. I was a little worried about the parking, but it worked out great. Ventura Cove is a 5 minute walk from the property and we had no issues leaving our car overnight. What a great property!

Loves the location close to the beach and bay. A completely walkable area. Restaurants and entertainment were easily accessible. On a rainy day, the condo was cozy and warm. Loved the had a hot water kettle for tea and cocoa.

We found the unit and access was easy. Found it very clean and comfortable. We were warned about parking, but had no issue with finding a spot on the street. Highly recommmed it!

Perfect place & great location
Very nice place and is close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. They only thing that could use a little improvement would be the shower head. The water pressure was too low or possibly switch to a hand held shower head?

Had a nice time.
The property manager was very responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for my daughter’s 25th birthday. It’s in a great location. We were able to walk or take a short Uber ride to go do everything we wanted. The place itself was nice & clean. Being in the lower unit & we did hear the guests above us. Other than that, no complaints.

Excellent location and great management
A stones throw away from Belmont park and plenty of restaurants. Property was very nice and well kept. Communication with the owners/management was quick and easy. Parking is tricky and I would highly recommend skipping trying to do anything fancy and just parking at the Ventura Cove Beach parking lot right across from Bahia Resort. All beaches have free overnight parking.

Mission Beach Condo
The condo was clean and spacious for 450 square feet. Full kitchen was great. The shower was hot and spacious. My only issue is, the bedroom needs new and maybe a couple more extra pillows. Otherwise, great place! Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. Food, beach, and entertainment all within walking distance. Only complaint was parking was challenging at times. Enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the beach and the bay.

Great spot on Mission Beach
Loved my stay at this cute property on Mission Beach. Short walk to the beach and lots of little restaurants and a Starbucks just steps from the property. I was grateful I had a sound machine app on my phone to dampen the street sounds, it can be a little noisy at night from the vacationers. The public parking lot was a short walk, sometimes there are street spots available. Highly recommend this spot.

Best property we have had on Mission Beach!
This is a wonderful property for a couple. The location is perfect, with eateries, shops and markets nearby. It is laid out very well with everything a couple could need. Appliances are new, and high-end. The owner/host communications. I will try to book again.

Mission Beach has a nice, chill vibe. The proximity to the beach was the best part. The place was clean & tidy, with the exception of the coffee pot & some dishes had some crusties (and some were chipped). Bed was super comfy; patio was nice for morning coffee and evening drinks. All in all, we would come back!

Perfect for what we wanted.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, short walk to coffee, food, Belmont Park and the beach. We were attending a wedding taking place at the Catamaran Resort which was a 7 meeting ride share or 25 minute walk. The place was clean and while we didn't end up using the kitchen much, it appeared well stocked. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy early in the morning (like 5am early) but that is not the property owner's fault so not marking down our rating because of that. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location for a beach vacation
Cozy and adorable location less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Free parking that was fairly close by, we just parked and left it for 3 days. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (which was mainly just the beach). Luigi's across the street is great for dinner. Would recommend printing a map to get there the first time because Waze and Google maps gets really confused with the alleys and one way streets.

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach! The property is centrally located, within walking distance of the boardwalk and several great restaurants. The Starbucks around the corner was a convenient location for coffee or a quick breakfast, as well as a good pickup location for readily-available Uber/Lyft rides for more distant exploring. Belmont Park is right across the street, and the Pacific Beach area is just under 2 miles up the boardwalk. The host was responsive, and we had a great visit!

Mission Beach Condo
This place was awesome, nice, and clean. It was everything we expected and more. Close to Belmont park, restaurants, and shops. They rent bikes and boards right across from the condo. If you want to cook or BBQ they had everything there for you. We chose to dine out and never used the kitchen. We did rent a car and parking is a nice walk away from the place. The host responded to my questions quickly. 5 star treatment, we will definitely be back.

This place is way close to the beach. Belmont Park is also across the street. It is true from other reviews that parking is crazy, especially on weekends but we were there July/August during the busy time. The overnight parking locations were however within a 10 min walk and all the lots listed for parking by the owner are free, you just need to watch for the times listed in the lots. The beach is amazing and the harbors also very beautiful with so much to do in the area. The place itself was great. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased and will book again in the future. We now know that next time we will not even need to hassle with the rental car and parking since the place is convenient to everything you need without a car.

One year anniversary
Me and my wife went to San Diego for our one year anniversary. She found this apartment on the beach and was way more than expected. Nice,clean, close to everything from food,outdoor activities and the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
