I love it here! The customer service is always so wonderful. From the top to the bottom all of the employees are so helpful and accommodating. The rooms AND BATHROOMS are always clean. This location is extremely convenient to the beach, dining, boating, and shops. Kudos to this Hyatt location!

Beautiful complex, only a 20 minute walk to the beach but plenty to do on site too. Spa treatment with Casey was lovely. Very welcoming staff for a relaxing few days away.

Self parking is very expensive. Should be a break for customers staying at hotel. It costs almost as much as renting the car we were using.

Everything except the lobby feels tired and wore out. Probably at least 5-10 years past time for remodels, as the location is great, but the rooms are really pretty nasty. A 2-star experience at a 4-star price, plus resort fees is crazy. The “1 hour paddle board or kayak voucher” is a scam, and the advertised hours were not upheld. Turned away 90 minutes before the posted closing time because they literally put a post-it note over the time with a new time written in magic marker. Unless you really want the location, I would stay far away from this property.

The resort is an awesome family getaway with all the amenities!! From the 3 kids slides and 3 different pools, to the hotub, theres a courtyard for games in the day , then in theevening its lit up beautifully with a fire and they sell smores kits, to the views at night time. This property is a must! The staff was super friendly as well, thank you @hyattmissonbay . See ya next time!

I absolutely loved my weekend there. Everyone was awesome. The checkin and valet team were exceptional. The view to the marina was brilliant. I will be back soon.

Nice property. Clean rooms. In reading other reviews, I also faced a common issue here of not getting a room that I paid for in advance. I was told that I was getting an “upgrade” at check in because of their but the beds were smaller than what I paid for. That kind of put me off a bit. All in all, it’s still a nice place.

The pictures online are very deceiving. The hotel was not as nice as it looks online. Somewhat outdated, and the gentleman at the front desk that helped us check in could have been friendlier. Would probably not recommend or stay there again.

I stayed in the tower which has been recently renovated and the decor was lovely...wouldn't change a thing! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and really made me feel at home. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The pool area was nice. The only complaint I have was the lack of casual dining options. There was a nice coffee shack on the water and a sit down dining restaurant with nice views but the casual by the pool cafe was closed when I was there so I had to Doordash. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Although well situated to Sea World and the water, the overall feel for the hotel was a little run down. Portions of the room had been updated like the beds and decor but the bathroom was small and outdated, along with the tv stand and other furniture. The sliding glass door to the balcony was also very old and kept little to no noise out of the surrounding area and planes from the nearby airport

My room was filthy. The shower water was not draining and filling up and we couldn’t get the drain plug to open and when it finally did a huge glob of hair came out it was so disgusting. Our towels smelled horrible and mildewy. There was termite damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Cracked and broken flooring in the bathroom behind the toilets. Overall cleanliness was terrible there was water damage on the ceilings. I wouldn’t say this is how a resort should look. I was very sad upon arrival and wish I had booked elsewhere. I always stay at the Hyatt but this one was filthy. I was also given times and availability for the pelican restaurant near the pool at check in only to find out it was closed for construction during our stay which nobody mentioned. Staff seemed to not be informed with the property projects. Super sad :(

I recently stayed at your hotel after a day at SeaWorld. The beds were super comfortable, which was a treat after a long day. However, I did notice a strange smell in the bathroom - like humidity and mold. Overall, my stay was okay

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hyatt Hotel ! The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and being so close to the beach made our stay even more special. The pool was a highlight for us all, with its stunning design and ample space for relaxation and fun. My children couldn't get enough of it! The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying both the beach and exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to come back for more fun in the sun!

The pool area was way too crowded. Not enough lounge chairs. The sign by the hot tub says max capacity 16 people, and there are easily over 22 in there. The hotel sells resort passes to locals or people who aren't staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, that makes it a worse experience for those who are paying to stay at the hotel. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The property is nice and in a beautiful area, however the walls in the bathroom and the bathroom door were dirty and the pillows were so flat that it made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Expected better.
