The house is spread over two floors to maximize the views and light. You enter into a bright foyer with the living room to the left (with its huge TV, piano and comfy couches) and a yoga room to the right. Move further down the hallway to find the large modern open kitchen (stocked with everything a chef needs) that opens onto a dining area and family room (with more comfy couches and a fireplace) The living Room and Dining Room both open onto the deck the length of the house and share the stunning Silicon Valley views. Also on the top floor is a bedroom and bathroom.

The lower level has a spacious master bedroom suite featuring a wide window seat and a private deck both with gorgeous views plus a zen of a bathroom with a large walk in shower. There are two other bedrooms (that each have views as well as a desk and office chair), another bathroom and a laundry room on that level.

While you will be up in the hills overlooking Silicon Valley, you are within easy reach of the best area attractions. Downtown Redwood City with its restaurants and theaters is an easy 10 minutes away and Stanford University and its world-class hospital is only 15 minutes away.

The private driveway can easily hold 3-4 cars. Note that the main entrance and deck are on the upper level (one flight up from driveway).

Guests are welcome to enjoy the house amenities including the huge TV, piano, yoga studio, indoor fireplace, deck fire pit and BBQ.

The hot-tub and sauna are closed and we ask that guests not venture down to the lower levels of the yard where the separate in-law unit is (below the garage).

Our Co-Host Carina is located nearby and ready to answer your questions and resolve any issues that come up during your stay. You can message her on AirBnB or reach her by text/call for more urgent matters. She is also happy to give you suggestions on sight-seeing, ideas on where to go out to eat, and advice on how best to navigate the area.

The owners’ son will be living in the in-law suite below the garage on occasion this summer while he does an internship. He has a separate entrance and will probably be invisible to guests staying in the main house. While he is here, we ask that you not block the right side of the garage (where he will be parking his car).
