PRACTICALITIES
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour — even after a delayed flight
- Check-in from 3 pm; checkout 11 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without a same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each group
- Stays of 4+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- Exterior security cameras at the building entrances — outside only, never indoors
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
