Given the price, this is one of the best locations to get near SF. It's located near many of the larger companies, and you can reach SF pretty quickly by car or using the Caltrain. The Caltrain station is about a 20 mins walk. We had an appartment with 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom each. A living room and a kitchen. The appartment had everything we needed. The room was clean, and was kept clean on a daily basis. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choice and an option to order a customized omelet. There is also seating outside in the center of the hotel, with a pool and an option for grill/barbecue. Checkin and out were smooth due to the helpful staff. There were enough parking spaces. Parking was reasonably priced. Cons: -Cleaning lady let one of the windows open after room cleaning. This was probably an accident. Not nice though with luggage inside. -There was no elevator access to the appartment.

Prima hotel met fijne ruime kamers
Het hotel bestaat uit allemaal gebouwen tot 3 hoog. Het zijn eigenlijk appartementen, compleet met zithoek en keuken. Alles in prima staat. Personeel is heel servicegericht. Ontbijt is ook prima. Er worden omeletten gebakken met zelfgekozen ingrediënten. Wel jammer dat we bij aankomst te horen kregen dat de geboekte kamer (suite met 2 aparte slaapkamers) niet meer beschikbaar was. In eerste instantie werd gezegd dat ze hadden moeten schuiven met de kamer, later was volgens de manager het probleem dat Expedia de kamer had overboekt. Beetje raar verhaal, want we hadden van zowel Expedia als van het hotel van te voren geen bericht hierover ontvangen (zij hadden beide mijn gegevens). Was even balen, maar het probleem werd door de manager van het hotel goed opgelost. Kregen appartement met 1 slaapkamer en 1 slaapbank. Slaapbank is niet geschikt voor jongeren of volwassenen. Hooguit geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

We had a wonderful room. It was quiet and the darling shades worked great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and would recommend this Hyatt to friends and family.

We were not expecting the suite to be as spacious as it was. Only thing was the people before us must have hung out there a long time because it was a bit stuffy. Otherwise, a good deal and a nice place.

The service, especially house keeping, is poor. I had to ask the front desk to send house keeping at least once in a week. Amenities (hair dryer, lotion, soap) were also available only upon request. Areas around the buildings and stairs to the different floors are dirty (cigarette buts, chewing gum, trash). In addition, management had decided to charge US$ 12 per night for parking a car. On the positive site the employees (front desk, house keeping) are friendly and try to be helpful.

Great room size for a family of 5 adults, we had 2 bedroom suites, each suite has its own bathroom which is wonderful. The hotel is a little outdated, and there is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. We did ran into some issues during our stay, but the front desk Ruby (Rubian) was wonderful, she took care of all of our needs right away, and fixed and replaced some items in the room to make our stay more comfortable, we even got an extra discount for our stay. Although the room has some issues, the service and help we received from Ruby was so accommodating and good, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ruby!

I chose Hyatt House for the proximity to my job and to the mall and lots of dining choices. The suites were very spacious with plenty of room for the 3 family members. The room was not thoroughly cleaned though. There was a cigarette box and candy left in the desk drawer, and some spilled toothpaste was in the sink when we first arrived. Also you can hear murmured talking through the walls and you can hear people easily talking outside. I like that there’s 24 hr coffee and tea, and the breakfast included hot items like eggs and ham/ sausage, potatoes and a waffle maker. The gym had 3 treadmills, 2 stair masters, and a bike, and a weight rack with dumbbells from 5-50 lbs. I’d say we had a good weekend getaway.

I want to start off saying the staff is wonderful. The front desk ladies were awesome and so accommodating. That was the best thing of this place. We went to our room and opened it up and it was filthy. Never cleaned. We were given another room after that. Completely run down. Handles missing on cabinets in our room. Coffee still left in maker. Carpets are stained as well as the couch and curtains. Carpets were also ripped. Nice big rooms and the price is great. But they need to update and clean the carpets. Pool was fine. I probably won’t stay there again.

Undeniably the worst Hyatt experience ever. Stay away if you have any accessibility needs or have heavy luggage. There's no elevator! My wife suffered from a tailbone injury and has a very difficult time moving, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. I explained the situation to the front desk, and they weren't able to accommodate us. The room didn't have bedding and pillow for the sofa bed. So, I called the front desk and asked them to send those to the room. They said they didn't have people to bring them, and I had to go to the front desk to grab them myself if I still need them. Of course I need them, or else why would I call them in the first place. It was not a short distance, plus I had to walk all the stairs. I guess more workout for me.

Hotel location is very good and quite. But room is not enough clean specially floor. Kitchen was OK. Shower volume was enough.. Room clean was once three nights, but towels were only for 2 nights.
