Guests have access to the entire 3 bed 2 bath main house and the backyard and the large deck.

The lower level of the building has a separate 1 bed 1 bath apartment with separate entrance, and completely separate utilities and heating and cooling and laundry. Guests do not have access to this apartment unit, and should not attempt to enter this unit from its main entrance, or its backyard entrance.
