La Castellaccia contemporary country house is the ideal solution for those who want a holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside but without giving up the comforts of modernity.

Castellaccia contemporary country house is an independent flat located within the Castellaccia property where there are also other apartments

The house is on the first floor and the entrance is reached by a small stairway.

The entrance leads directly into the spacious and luminous living room, characterised by a classic fireplace, typical of old country houses!

In this large room guests will find two sofas with a coffee table, a wooden dining table with chairs and a TV.

One side of the living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms (one of the two rooms has two single beds that can be turned into a double) both furnished with bedside tables and large wardrobes and a bathroom complete with toilet, washbasin and shower.

To the left of the entrance is access to the other area of the house where guests will find: on one side the third bedroom, a single, furnished with bed, dresser and bedside table, a second bathroom, also equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower, as well as a washing machine.

Finally, there is access to the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, plates and glasses and everything needed to prepare meals for all the guests. As well as a large fridge with cool water and ice dispenser.

The house has spacious interiors so you can enjoy it in comfort, even taking advantage of the air conditioning provided.

The only shared space is the swimming pool, which is communal. There, guests are allocated 4 sun loungers and a sun umbrella for their exclusive use.

The pool is set in an open-air space where there is a part of the garden equipped with tables and a BBQ that guests can use for light lunches during the day or enjoy the cool of an evening meal outdoors.
