'Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. 'This property may seem unusual to Americans but it is typical for northern Italy. A family run hotel with perhaps 30 rooms. Everything was top notch, including the food. Check when you book if you’re getting half board or full board. If you only get half then you need to pay an extra 25E per person for dinner. Excellent hiking in the area!'
