Up to 14 guests can enjoy the home's many features and amenities, including an expansive, fully-enclosed yard with basket ball hoops and badminton, along with ping-pong, and a sizable home office and library inside. Plus, concierge services are available to help plan the perfect adventures.

The breezy main level features an open living, kitchen, and dining area, complete with contemporary appliances and modern amenities including partial AC and high-speed WiFi. The full-size kitchen comes well-equipped with plenty of major appliances, utensils and, counter space to suit any home cook's needs. Plus, a dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. The island breakfast bar seats three and the dining table is set for four. Two bedrooms are on this level, with access to a shared full bathroom also available.

The ground floor features a stately, furnished home office, complete with a large selection of books for both children and adults. Play your favorite movies with theater quality in the adjoining screening room, equipped with a digital projector and surround sound speakers. One bedroom with an attached, full bath is located on this level.
