'This was such a perfect cabin for my husband and I. The location was perfect to visit Sequoia National Park. And being right on the river was so fun. We saw deer walking right through the back yard. The amount of extras at this location was amazing. They had a regular coffee maker and a nespresso both stocked with coffee and pods, there was snacks, robes, slippers, and high quality kitchen utensils. The bed was insanely comfortable and the host was very responsive. The hot was amazing...

'We really enjoyed the property and closeness to the entrance of the park. Communication with the owners was always great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which we appreciated a lot! If I have to say it could be improved would be maybe add a couple of extra non-stick pans. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your property. '

'we spent two nights at this lovely house. Everything was fine. Location is great. House is as described very comfortable. We knew we were really in the country when they heard the coyotes calling to each other at night. The drive to the General Sherman Tree area of Sequoia. National Park is beautiful. It’s not many miles — perhaps 20 but the road is very curvy and takes a good hour to get there. it’s another hour to be Kings Canyon. Both drives are well worth it if you have a good driver'

'We had an amazing stay! Grocery and coffee were just a short trip into town. Mark had everything we needed in the home, including bug spray, and even a few quick snacks we took into Sequoia.'

'Place was very cute. Stayed to visit different trails around the Sequoias with my dog. The place is small and quaint but perfect for a little place to sleep and stay. Didn't have to contact the host much but they were kind and responsive. Overall, great stay! '

'You simply can't beat the views from the house. From morning sunrise picking over the mountains to warm sunsets to panoramic views of the town bellow, to viewing Milky Way at night, it was simply beautiful. The house was well located with proximity to the Sequoia National Park. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week long getaway. This was our first trip to California and I have to say that it was very memorable. Our kids loved seeing bunnies and a family of valley...

'Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This home was not only clean and smelling good but very comfy. I've stayed in many hotels before this is way better than a hotel. The fridge had water, there was coffee ready to brew, detergent to wash your clothes etc. For the host to provide all these amenities at not extra cost wow! Thank you! I want to thank Masato and Ramon for their quick response and providing the best communication. I would definitely book here again. Fyi....loved the details on...

'We absolutely loved our 2 night stay in the caboose. It was clean and spotless inside with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. There was a lot of rail traffic both day and night which is great if you are a railfan like me. We would absolutely stay here again should we ever visit Tehachapi in the future'

"Unfortunately, the pool area was very disappointing. More than half of the sun loungers were completely broken: either the seat or the backrest was damaged and unusable. The covers of the parasols were scattered around the pool area and simply thrown onto the broken loungers, which made the space look very neglected. Only one lounger had a cushion available, which is far from sufficient for guests who want to relax by the pool. I strongly recommend that the hotel invest in new, sturdy sun loungers and remove all the broken ones, it’s really not a pleasant sight. It would also be great if guests could receive a proper-sized pool towel instead of the very small towels currently provided, which are far too small to lie on comfortably. This would really improve the pool experience for future guests."
