The hotel was filthy and the bathroom sink was missing all of the plumbing so it couldn’t be used. The thermostat fell off the wall and when I got it to work, the fan would not blow hot air. The carpet was disgusting. The area was dirty and sketchy. This was the worst hotel stay once had in any country.

I arrived 2:00 pm, check in is 3:00 pm. I was tired and needed rest. Front desk person was slouched with vacant look. I asked if possible to check in early. She said no and there is $50 charge for checking in before 3:00 pm. Attitude was Don't care , take it or leave it. The mgr said it is up to Expedia to cancel with out penalties. I checked with Expedia chat. Online expedia called Hotel. I heard the clerk said penalties for cancellation. Lying in front of customer. Place was dirty, Parking lot, stairs and halls are dirty with trash litter. The place sucks the goodwill of the customers and staff alike. Management needs to hire people who care. Not just good at sucking up to the boss. Same front desk clerk went alive and gracious when Mgr is around. Lazy management, dirty facility, rude front desk people. This is a crappy hotel.

Excelente todo!
Todo resultó muy agradable, la habitación muy limpia y espaciosa, y la atención excelente, fui atendido con mucha amabilidad por Paula en el desayuno, no hubo ruidos durante la noche y las mucamas muy agradables también. Lo recomiendo, y volveré a ir !

All around bad. Really bad.
Elevator didn’t work. Shower didn’t work properly. Whole hotel needs to be upgraded. Area is really bad. Abandoned buildings all around. Something happened in the abandoned building next door while I was there. Police and Ambulance was right outside my window. Won’t stay here again.

I usually don’t post reviews but I had to make sure others who are searching for quality understand what they are getting. Upon my arrival I asked for extra bedding sheets and blankets. I was told “ we do not have any extra blankets, we would have to take them off of the guest bed and bring them to you.” This was after a 5 minute conversation of the worker not understanding my asking of a comforter. I then went into my room and asked for extra towels and wash clothes I was told, “we do not give out extra you have to bring us your old ones in order to get new ones.” The problem I had was that every wash cloth I got was covered in hair and so were the towels! The area that it is in is surrounded by homeless, boarded up buildings and trash all over. The only thing that matches was the breakfast served in the morning. I would not recommend staying here.

When I arrived at the property, I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me in. The carpet going up stairs and down the hallway was dirty and filthy. The room had a musty odor. The breakfast was ok. I suggest parents & adults accompany their kids in the breakfast area. There were kids there touching everything after coughing in their hands and washing their mouth with their hands.

My experiences were jaw dropping
First my credit card was charged before I checked in, received a text from my bank possible fraud, next after checking in and received bill and additional charge was charged 20.97 for fees?, next the room thermostat didn't work, asked for extra blankets but was given bed lines, we slept in 38 degrees and the weather was raining and really cold outside, no coffee pot in the room but later provided, I called to speak with mgmt Jorge and asked to be refunded last night room charges and assist me in getting another Choice Hotel/Quality Inn 2390 Harris Way. Mgr Jorge assisted with mgmt (Cellestina)at Quality Inn and I called my bank to assist with the use of my credit card to check into Quality Inn. As of yesterday charges of $326.60, $106.99 has processed against my visa card. I'm expected to check out today. My experience has left me troubled about what to do in the future regarding hotels services

Property has parking but it's not gated or locked. Anybody can come in and break into your car. Area around hotel is run down, very few dining options. I don't think the Elevator has been cleaned since the hotel opened. There's no sound proofing whatsoever. You can hear people running down the halls at 2am and the person 1 room over coughing.

The young girl that was working the front desk was the worst attitude I’ve ever seen or felt with at any hotel.. I booked for 2 days an checked in no problem an then I extended for one more day an already booked it an pay for it threw Expedia an I went to check back in an they said they don’t except “chime” cards but then other lady took it no problem an the young girl just was horrible an had no business experience or customer service care at all… she kept telling me that the lady that checked me in will be fired… whitch i thinck she should be fired or an made to take classses on people skills

Very nice place to stay.
Everything I expect out of a Wyndham hotel. Always got decent breakfast, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and engaging.

This place was not clean at all, other than stinking like cleaning products. Floors were not vacuumed. I don’t understand why Expedia had better reviews, it’s seems like false information or fake 5 Star reviews. Disappointed to spend so much and not get good rest or feel comfortable.

The staff was very nice! The cleaning staff did a wonderful job! Overall I liked staying there. Just wish the blankets were a little thicker & that there was a floor mat for the bathroom floor. The breakfast was ok not much of a variety but it was good. Price for the room was great!
