Estimado SrLamentamos mucho el inconveniente mencionado, el departamento de ama de llaves al realizar el recorrido durante la mañana se llama a la habitación, al no tener respuesta se ingresa, se realiza la revisión correspondiente y al no encontrarse ningún articulo personal ni equipaje. Se procede a informar al departamento de recepción y se verifica que no hay ningún cargo pendiente y se realiza el check out.Por lo que se realiza la limpieza correspondiente.A su regreso a las 9.30am como usted indica hubiésemos podido entregarle otra habitación por las 3 restante horas que le quedaban. Le agradezco mucho su comentario y agradezco si pudiésemos hacer algo más por usted.
