Less than a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the BEACH (that's 1 mile away!), and less than 1 mile to the famous nightlife of La Placita, Calle Loiza, downtown Santurce, Ocean Park, Isla Verde & Old San Juan. These vibrant colorful streets are filled with local art, murals and historic buildings dating from the 1500s. Less than 10 minutes from airport SJU! The house was so much fun and relaxing, we decided to stay in the first night we stayed. We walked around and found a food truck park to pick up dinner. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The house has everything you need as well as supplies you would never expect. Everything worked well. What a wonderful experience!

I traveled with my daughter, mother, and sister. Upon arrival my sister mentioned that she is finally getting married after her 30 year relationship to the love of her life. So not only were we celebrating my birthday we were celebrating her soon marriage ( it’s about time!)The home had everything we could possibly need and it was well thought out. Honestly ones of the best equipped places Ive stayed in. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us!!

Had a great time at this cute house - very nice and neat! Plenty of space for 5 adults. We appreciated the communication with the hosts and amenities provided. Close to many sites we wanted to visit in San Juan too.

This is an awesome place! The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded very promptly to communication and had no issues with me checking in late at night after my flight arrived late. The house itself is very cute and colorful, with working a/c units and all the amenities you could want. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was cute, made you feel at home in PR. It was stocked w essentials. The location of the house was close to all - Old San Juan, local restaurants, Walgreens, Walmart, and most of all the beach.Thank you for allowing us to use the cooler and beach pails for my 3 yr old grandson.The host answered my questions right away. Very accommodating. Thank you very much for our stay!

This home is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for something just outside the main tourist areas but also convenient and close to the things we wanted to do - and this residential area was just the right fit. As long as you know how to parallel park, the street parking is no problem at all. One thing I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews are the neighborhood roosters. Bonus if you want to get an early start to your day! But not so loud that you can’t sleep through the sunrise crowing if you were down the street at Bonanza a bit too late the night before. Wonderful experience, wonderful hosts, wonderful casita.

This will be my second time staying at this beautiful home that never cease to amaze me . I LOVE everything about this home . The space , the art , location and being able to move around the island so easily . The neighbors remember me from my last visit and made my visit even better . The host work very hard to make every detail in the house stand out . I love how welcoming they are every time I come I feel so loved with personalized messages . This house has everything and more you need to have an amazing vacation . Thank you to my amazing host for always exceeding my expectations you guys are AMAZING and work so hard and it shows !

We had such an amazing experience!! It is a beautiful decorated house, very comfortable and with more items that you’ll ever need.Only issue is if you decide to rent a car, parking is not very accessible and you will need to park on the side streets. The streets can get very packed as that’s where the cars for those house park. The right side of the house is easier as the other side is very tight and has more house.Our hosts were more than accommodating, had some snacks for us, and were amazing! Absolutely recommend and if I return to San Juan, I will definitely stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in San Juan! The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Highly recommend this place for families or groups of 3 looking for something other than a high-rise stay or apartment in Puerto Rico.

Great house, very clean!!!, multiple AC units and fans, short drive to airport, beaches, old San Juan, full of character, and more! Parking in side streets took practice but doable. The whole family (3 generations) loved this house!

Love the color!

The whole family enjoyed our stay at this unique home. It was exactly as pictured and described. We really enjoyed the themed rooms, avocado and banana were a lot of fun. We are a picky family and we all thought the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

the house was very cutesy provided more than i could have imagined. The hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations to beaches and restaurants . the vibes of the house was exactly what i was looking for on my first experience out there in santurce. Perfect Puerto Rican Getaway

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and fully stocked! The lanai makes for perfect family pictures and the house has everything you could possibly need or want! Dishes, utensils, grill, beach chairs, bikes and more! The hosts were always available for local recommendations and easy to reach! Will absolutely stay again!

Breather in Santurce

Amazing time we had in San Juan. Santurce was super fun and fun. Really close to a lot of places we visited (Calle Loiza, Old San Kuan, Condido, Isle Verde, Loiza). We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Carrie and Ryan and baby Nolan were great hosts even leaving us the kindest note and dulces. My personal favorite part was the outside shower. Their home was neat and clean., Everything was so great and perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming San Juan property! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly responsive, provided excellent local recommendations, and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit.The house itself is absolutely adorable – beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location couldn't be better! We were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Being within walking distance of the hot spots meant we could easily explore the vibrant neighborhood without worrying about transportation. It was the perfect home base for our San Juan adventure.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Juan. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
