20 verdieping strand + View + Balkon + enorme zwembad

Weinig plaatsen in de wereld vergelijken. Uniek en magisch. Zodra je het appartement binnenloopt, word je onmiddellijk omarmd door de warmte van de oceaan en de lucht. 20e verdieping. Bijna al je uitzicht is de blauwe lucht en de blauwe oceaan. Ons gebouw blokkeert al het lawaai van de stad. Alles wat je hoort met de ramen open is het zoete geluid van golven op het strand. Lopen en je bent in het hart van de stad: een korte wandeling naar restaurants, bars, clubs. Zowel in de omhelzing van de natuur als in het hart van de stad.

Studio op de 20e verdieping met direct uitzicht op de oceaan biedt een prachtig uitzicht en totale privacy: niemand kan binnen in de appartementen kijken met de blinds volledig open. Direct aan de oceaan bij de kruising van de twee grote stranden in San Juan - Ocean Park Beach en Condado Beach. U kunt via de eigen ingang van het gebouw naar het strand van Ocean Park lopen. Het gebouw heeft een groot zwembad voor volwassenen, een kinderbad, een tennisbaan en een kleine fitnessruimte. Op het strand vindt u beachvolleybalvelden. De unit heeft één overdekte privé toegewezen parkeerplaats.
Uitstekende locatie: Condado del Mar op Ashford Ave. Op loopafstand van restaurants, supermarkt, casino's, bars, ziekenhuis, winkels, parken, hotels.
Het uitzicht en de locatie zijn absoluut de beste in San Juan en rivaal met andere in het Caribisch gebied. Dit is een studio-appartement ingericht met alle nieuwe meubels in eind 2018. De keuken werd eind 2018 gerenoveerd. De badkamer is de originele badkamer en blijft niet-gerenoveerd. Wat het goedmaakt is het uitzicht en de locatie en het effect van de combinatie van direct op het strand zijn, hoog zijn, de meest geweldige bries krijgen, zich in het midden van het gebouw bevinden en een geweldige plek in San Juan en tegen het einde van Ocean Park Beach. Dit blokkeert alle stadslawaai, maar laat je op de een of andere manier het zoete geluid van golven op het strand goed horen. Je krijgt ook een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de blauwe lucht en de blauwe oceaan. Dus terwijl u toegang heeft tot alles wat een metropool te bieden heeft, heeft u ook uw eigen afgelegen strandlocatie waar u volledig kunt genieten van de natuur zonder het comfort van de stad of zelfs uw kamer te verlaten. Om bij het strand te komen, waag je aan onze privépoort en sta je in het meest afgelegen en privégedeelte van het strand van Ocean Park. Het is alsof je je eigen privéstrand hebt.

Our host was lovely. We arrived the night the power came back on and I was concerned about drinking water. He sent his staff out to stock us water. By the time we got to PR the lights were back on! At no fault of the host, they were doing work on the grounds around the pool area and outside cosmetic work on the actual building from the fall storms. Overall it was a wonderful stay, 24 hour security and some restaurants within walking distance. The property is close to the end on condado Beach so it was more subdue than the resort/boutique hotels. Perfect for two people and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our time here and the weather was PERFECT! April17-23 2025

I thought if your renting a place out that you should have nice looking appliances for people to use, stove had grease all over it, and also the oven toaster had I’m not sure all over it, these appliances should be inviting to use, not questionable…so we didn’t use anything not even the coffee maker, center blind was not usable after we pulled it down the first time, someone rigged it up but we were not told about it..bed was comfortable and the view was great…

Overall the property met our needs. The room was clean on the surface but don’t look in the corners.The kitchen utensils could be better, but it’s fine if you don’t plan on doing any cooking. Not what I expected

The property is old. And the pictures online don’t show all the lil things that make u think, what did we get ourself into. The location of room on the ocean is what made it worth staying and not go look for another hotel. If you can look past the paint on windows/broken tiles/patches in ceiling and walls. If is ok. Would I stay again. Probably NOT!!. But iam also a GC and this was horrible to see the building this way.

Amazing location, great view, clear sound of the waves, no city noises. Many dining options at walking distance. Very convenient parking and condo location, seconds from the elevator. The building can use some renovations but that's not really this owner's fault. Nima was in close communication, clearly stated everything we needed to know in advance, followed up with tips to make our stay even better. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Ashford ave is the place to be in the evenings.

Overall very good place to book, very clean and secured VERY well.Plenty of attractions, stores and beaches close by and walking distance.The only downside with my booking was parking especially in this area where street parking is hard to find and keep but there was a garage around but for fees of course but overall recommend! Kind friendly staff.

Great view and location

The view from the balcony is amazing, like your over the water looking down due to being up so high. If your not one for driving around on vacation this location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store a few blocks away as well. We were able to do tours in and around Old San Juan, with meeting locations within a 5 minute walk from our location. Some work being done to the building which was deceiving at first but not a hinderance. People were nice within the building, out at the pool as well as on the beach. Security is in place and staff working at the building we observed upholding certain rules and expectations to others. Could of used an extra blanket and towels. Overall we were pleased and had a great time. Hospitality wherever we went was very exceptional.

Fabulous Stay

I’d like to thank the host for being thoroughly detailed and precise dealing w/ entertainment & activities per itinerary. Everything was as advertised. Convenient location! Excellent communication, view, amenities per condo, hands down 5 star, staff friendly & attentive. It was EVERYTHING we hoped for and more! Great Location but...

The unit is located in a great location with a great view of the ocean, on the west side of Condado, and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. However, the room is small for a suite and not well-maintained. The unit furniture is old, stained, and generally not very clean. When I arrived there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and the towels had a tobacco smell. There are cracks in the walls in some places and the appliances are old. The coffee water heater didn't work. There was only one saucepan and a couple of frying pans. While it has a full kitchen, it's a very small space. There is another section with a microwave and a few other appliances oddly placed on the balcony, which is divided by a glass door. Several cables were hanging down the exterior of the building, possibly from scaffolding, that obstructed the view. The grounds themselves were unkept, While the larger pool was operational, a smaller pool was full of leaves and looked like it hadn't been used for some time. I was by myself on this trip and it made do, but there are many choices of places to stay in the Condado area for $250/night, so when I return with my wife for a longer stay we'll make a different choice

ATTENTION everyone if your reading this then you are looking at the most Amazing Vacation Stay in San Juan. Nima the host is Amazing he gave us the most beautiful View I can imagine not to mention it’s on the 21st Floor. The rugs Are amazing and antique. The Apartment was warming as if it was family. Everything you need is literally outside in the front. The security and people at the desk are very respectful.
