Geweldige studio aan het strand!

Condo is gelegen in de beste wijk van Isla Verde (Alambique) en het is slechts 5 minuten rijden van de luchthaven. Zwembad faciliteit om te genieten en betaald wasgoed beneden voor uw gemak. Condo heeft 24 uur beveiliging en goed onderhoud. De studio is onlangs op een moderne, luxe manier gerenoveerd en heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het strand is er net, op minder dan een half blok loopafstand van het strand (minder dan een minuut). Uw accommodatie heeft een parkeerplaats zonder kosten.

Location was wonderful! Having a parking spot was fabulous. Host was good at communicating and resolved minor issues quickly! I would definitely stay here again. We felt safe , security guards were attentive to the property and friendly.

The condo was few steps from the beach. Store and restaurants was all walking distance. You didn’t need to rent a car. The food is delicious. We will go back next year.

Adorable & Convenient

Super location, 5 min drive from airport, clean, 2 min walk to the beach; all types of restaurant's and gist shops within walking distance. Across street is a convenient and affordable drugstore that sells many snacks and souvenirs. Owner has provided 4, very nice beach chairs OR you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas very reasonably at beach. Sadly, pool was closed for repairs during our visit and we were super disappointed not to have pool access during our stay.

Isla Verde Beach Vacation

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I had a great stay in Isla Verde. The apartment is so close to the beach and many restaurants. It was so convenient to have a parking spot included. We loved being able to see the beach from our window. The apartment swimming pool was closed because it was being renovated, which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons I chose this apartment. Overall we had a fantastic stay in Isla Verde.

Tres beau séjour en famille au bord de la plage

Un airbnb avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la plage. Le bâtiment est à quelques pas de celle-ci. Nous avons adoré les 4 chaises et les accessoires de plage. Il y avait aussi assez de serviettes pour tous pour un séjour de 7 jours. Malgré la petitesse de la cuisine et de la salle de bain, elles étaient super fonctionnelles. Que dire de la douche au goût du jour. Nous avons manqué à 2 reprises de l'électricité et ce n'était nullement de la faute des propriétaires. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du beau temps. Les propriétaires sont réactifs aux messages et je me suis sentie en sécurité 24 heures. À notre grande surprise, le transport en autobus ne nous a rien coûté de la semaine. On a même décidé de prendre l'autobus #5 pour notre retour à l'aéroport... 7 minutes pas plus. Je vous le recommande.

So close to the beach!

This location is perfect. Not only is it so close to the beach that you can walk back anytime you need to in a few minutes but it’s also close to some great restaurants and coffee shops! It’s an easy uber ride to San Juan

Amazing Stay - The place to be

I have never tried VRBO because of the unknown. I decided to take the plunge for the first time based on the reviews and the price compared to the nearby hotels. I definitely made the right move! The place was spacious for my wife and I, in a great location and completely updated. The checkin process was easier than checking into a hotel. The pool was very clean, not large but we had the pool to ourselves the entire week. The beach was amazing, no sea weed or rocks, soft sand on the entire beach. Short walk to the beach but only about 50-70 yards. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. If you are going to Puerto Rico, this is the place you want to stay. Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderful Experience

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect for a family of 4. The beach is right there. There's a pharmacy across the street. Food places near by. Very clean. Has a kitchenette we were here for a week so location was just perfect for what we needed. Francis is a very nice host and very communicative. I will definitely book here again.

This location is exactly as listed. Beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We walked around at night, and the beach was a very short walk. This was very ideal for my daughter's 16th bday. Thank you Frances for being very responsive and a great host.

Decent, Not Exceptional

This was an ok place for us, but I was expecting something nicer based on the previous reviews and how it is portrayed in the photos. First let me say, the owner was very responsive and kind. The TV and WiFi worked well, some of the fixtures were new, and the AC works fine as long as it’s on (you have to turn it off every time you leave, so the room heats up fast). It has blackout curtains - super nice! There was a little cooler that you can take down to the beach. No boogie board as shown in the photos (not listed in the amenities, but I assumed that pic was representative). The room was not filthy but certainly not sparkling clean. I had to wipe everything down upon arrival, and the floor was sandy. However, it is impossible to keep the sand off the floor if you are coming from the beach. There is nowhere to rinse your feet off and no doormat or anything upon entry. I swept the floor multiple times a day. There are no nightstands and no drawers - no place to put your clothes or personal items!! Huge inconvenience for us as a family of 4. There are NO outlets in the bathroom! Also, the shower only has a lip that rises about ½ inch above the floor, so the entire floor gets soaked. This would be ok if there was a stock of towels to clean up with, but the towels were limited. The building itself is very run down. I wasn’t expecting a big fancy pool, but it was unusable - disgustingly dirty with no shade or amenities, and the washing machines are overrun with visible mold.

Great Location

This place is right in the middle of everything! It’s perfect! - Right around the corner from the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and so close to the airport. Frances and Jose were very accommodating and took care of everything we needed with immediate response. The condo was very clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay!

Staying at this property was perfect for us! It only took a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, with beautiful sand and warm waves. There are many options for eating within walking distance. We took a $5 Uber into Old San Juan and it is a quick ride (maybe 10-15 minutes). The room is well lit with a nice view of the ocean. We had everything we needed. The beach chairs are camp chairs which aren’t really comfortable for a day of sitting on the beach so we rented lounge chairs ($5 each for the day). Isla Verde beach is spectacular and we are definitely going to return!
