Prachtige ligging aan het strand

Volledig appartement met airconditioning met één slaapkamer; biedt plaats aan maximaal twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Onze strand condominium is op de zesde verdieping met een plafond tot vloer glazen schuifdeuren in zowel de woonkamer en een slaapkamer met uitzicht op de mooie blauw-groene oceaan en het schone zandstrand van Isla Verde Puerto Rico. Kick back, laat de warme zeebries u ontspannen.

Het strand ligt op 30 meters afstand van het gebouw. De temperatuur is 85 graden per dag. In de buurt, er zijn bergen, regenwouden, kristalheldere stranden en alles wat je zou willen op een tropisch eiland.

Ons appartement in Isla Verde is centraal gelegen en dicht bij alles. De El San Juan hotel ligt op vijf minuten lopen en heeft 3 restaurants en diverse nachtclubs. De partij is vaak op het strand en zeer geschikt voor mensen kijken en Salsa dansen. De El San Juan en de InterContinental hotels hebben casino's op loopafstand. Als je elegant entertainment en eetgelegenheden willen, de 'Water Club hotel ligt naast de deur.

Breng de dag bij het zwembad of ontspannen bij het strand. Of u nu op zoek bent naar een weekendje weg of een onderbreking van het weer, dit is een geweldige locatie met goede voorzieningen.

Grote hotels, casino's, lekker eten, en de grote fastfoodrestaurants liggen op loopafstand. Er zijn twee 24-uurs restaurants een blok verderop, een 24-uurs CVS / Walgreens, een 24-uurs supermarkt en ATM's, allemaal binnen een blok. Old San Juan ligt op tien minuten afstand en heeft historische bezienswaardigheden, traditionele architectuur en vele restaurants keuzes. Condado, op 10 minuten afstand, heeft up-schaal winkels en grote hotels. Je kunt de stadsbus nemen voor 75 cent, een auto huren of een korte taxirit maken (10min)

Accommodaties: Condominium 700sf, 1 slaapkamer + 1 bad (4 slaapplaatsen), 1 queensize bed en 1 queenl size slaapbank in de woonkamer. Zwembad, Coin Operated wasserette op de vloer. Bewaker op wacht is 's nachts en in het weekend. Het strand ligt buiten de voordeur van de flat. Er zijn drie restaurants op de onderste verdieping van het gebouw. Dit appartement is perfect voor families, honeymooners en zakelijke reizigers die willen ontspannen en genieten van het geweldige uitzicht over de Isla Verde stranden.

This condo was terrific!!! This was our second monthly stay there and it fully exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful condo with lots of space (approx 700 sq ft) and a separate BR with a full size living room,dining room, kitchen and bath. It was virtually across the street from the beach. We also had a beautiful ocean view from both the living room and the BR, The owner and the property mgt team were Fantastic! We hope to return there in the future. BTW, the condo's pool was perfect. We felt like we had a personal private pool!!

The location is perfect - right across the street from the beach and all that the Isla Verde strip has to offer. At the bldg, the lobby and elevator are clean. However, for me and my husband, the apt was a struggle. I think when I booked, I focused more on the location and not the actual apt. Had I delved in more, I would not have booked here. The apt was old and drab. I did not cook in the kitchen because it was dark and dingy and when I opened the cabinets, they smelled like mildew. Also it looked pieced together. The bathroom was another issue. Dingy with so much dirty grout around the toilet, dingy tub and some peeling tiles and little holes in the shower/tub area and very old faucets that I showered and used the bathroom at a friends place. The bedroom mattress had a foam pad over it with cheap bedding and a worn bed skirt. I slept with socks and long sleeves so I had as little contact as possible. Poor lighting throughout. When I vacation, I want it to be like my home or better. I did not invite any friends over because I was so turned off and embarrassed that I made such a poor choice. As a business person in this industry, you have to decide whether you are in it just for the money or truly care about the vacation experience you provide. Unfortunately there was nothing else available or we would have left. If you put some money into the apt for a complete renovation, the it will be prime. Until then, no bueno!!!

The location of the property is great, right across the beach and 10-15 min from SJ by car. The apartment was clean. The apartment is not how it shows in the pictures. It is quite old and somewhat run down. The second bed is a sofa bed which is completely fine but needs to be mentioned. The apartment needs renovations.

A Slice of Paradise on Isle of Verde!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO location on Isle of Verde, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the beach. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise each morning was a magical experience, and the sunsets were equally mesmerizing—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.The property itself is not only beautiful but also located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, which made us feel right at home. We loved being able to stroll along the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere.What truly stood out was the responsiveness of the owner. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo we stayed. It was horrible. It was nasty. They told me we were gonna have an ocean front view. There was no type of ocean front view that was given after I pay for it. Misleading information

Listed as a 2 bedroom, it was a 1 bedroom with pull out sofa in living room. That is a big problem for 2 female friends. Would not have stayed there had we known this. Information of surrounding area needs to be updated . Location was great, staff was friendly.

Property is conveniently located on the beach and a block away from restaurants; shops; and conveniences. Building is secure. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!

Great Beach Condo!

This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!

My wife and I rented here for a week in January. The location is great, you are close to a ton of restaurants and bars. It’s very easy to catch a ride to Old San Juan and it’s only about 15mins away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Laundry is on the floor if you need to wash anything. The check in process was very easy and security in the lobby was very helpful.

Overall good experience

The property is older, but everything functions well. It was very clean when we arrived, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, and toys. The location is fantastic—right in front of the beach and within walking distance of pharmacies, a mini-market, and restaurants.During our stay, there was a power outage on the island, but the host quickly sent us a message with instructions on how to connect a long cord to a common outlet in the hallway to use the building’s generator to charge phones and other devices, which was very helpful.Overall, the experience was great, but I’d like to mention a few downsides: 1) Parking can be difficult, but it gets easier around 5-6 PM when most beachgoers leave. 2) The showerhead could be replaced. There's good water pressure, but the spray direction is awkward—it seems to aim in every direction except towards your body. It’s hard to explain. 3) The air conditioner works but is quite noisy. We didn't have trouble sleeping, but it could be an issue for some people. 4) I suggest the property manager review the laundry machine instructions. I struggled to figure out that I could recharge the card at a machine in the lobby. Also, the price listed is outdated; it now costs 7.00 per load (washer dryer).

Location-location-location!!!

The location is ideal! 2 minute walk from the beach. 2 minute walk from the pharmacy that is almost a mini market! Many restaurants within walking distance. Condo had all basics covered. Nothing fancy mind you, just the basics. I wouldn't say the condo/apartment was run down, but i wouldn't say it was super nice either. My wife was very upset with the shower. She claimed the shower head was the very worst shower of her life. She make me promise I would add that to my review, so there it is. We rented a car, which was probably a mistake as there is not assigned parking for the car and the chances of getting a spot on the street in front of the Condo are minimal. Parking was around $30 -$40/day, so keep that in mind. I liked the trip and the scenery. It was a positive experience in my opinion.
