  • Geweldig charmant appartement met zwembad gelegen op 10 stappen van het zand van het mooiste stedelijke strand in Puerto Rico (Kite-surf en Paddle-surf). Gelegen in Condado, Ocean Park-strand in San Juan, een levendige (en de veiligste) buurt (we hebben 2 bewakers voor het appartement). Op loopafstand van een verscheidenheid aan lokale (in Loiza-straat) en trendy restaurants (Condado-gebied) en op 10 minuten taxirit van de luchthaven en het oude San Juan.

    Geniet 's ochtends van het vredige briesje en de zon in het zwembad of strand op het dak en geniet van het verkennen van restaurants, pubs, disco, enz. In Condado (drankjes), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in de avonduren.

The location and views alone make this property worth it! You are right on the beach! The rooftop pool with table and sofa was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area with tons of dining options with many options that you can walk to. Old San Juan is a quick drive as well. Responsive hosts that go above and beyond!

This location is amazing ! The view is to die for. Our host was great ! She kept in touch with us to let us know everything that was going with the electricity and water supply ! They have a generator and water tank so that was a plus. The only thing I would say is if you have an older person with you, there are a good amount of stairs . Would definitely go back!

It’s not our hosts fault, but San Juan is suffering from a water issue that resulted in us not have water for a few days. The host did their best to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The location is great!

We had SUCH a wonderful time at this penthouse! Came to San Juan for the World Baseball Classic, and staying at Ana's place was ideal. -Close to everything.-Less than a block from an amazing beach.-Coolest spot to hang out on top of the spot, with a pool and comfy seating.-Good beds.-All the little amenities that make a trip; nice showers, 2 bathrooms, cooking supplies, fast internet, clean when we got there. This is a wonderful place to stay if you have the chance. My friends and I had the trip of a lifetime, and staying at Ana's was a big reason why.

We loved this place. The beach was SO close and not too busy and there were so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The space was clean and had everything you could need like beach towels and chairs. Ana was extremely helpful and responded quickly. The rooftop was great and had an ocean view. Overall, we enjoyed the space a lot.There were six of us, we would recommend staying at or below six people as it could get a little busy with more than six.

Our stay got off to a great start. Ana, the property manager allowed us to access the property early. Ana responded quickly to questions and provided lots of information regarding things to do including contacts. I would only add the restaurant Dulce Salado at the end of the street should be included in that list. Amazing food. Unit was comfortable and clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This home was so pleasant to stay in for our vacation. Isabel and Ana were wonderful and easy to access. We loved the cleanliness, beach location within a short walking distance along with nearby stores. The kids loved beach and the rooftop pool. We’ll be back again!!

Family Vacation

This apartment was in the perfect location. We explored Puerto Rico from this home base for a week. It had everything we needed for a family of 5 with three kids 10 and under, and we always has the beach, the pool, and an incredible view to come home to.

The host allowed me to check out late so I didn’t have to rush in the morning to check out and have nowhere to go until my evening flight. That is very valuable to me. The experience was surreal as this location is across the street from the beach sand. It’s a paradise.

Easy beach access

Beach was great, and the roof top pool was great. A bit of a walk to get to restaurants, so we used Uber a lot, and it was quick and cost effective.

Wonderful beach property

Great condo literally “steps away from the beach”. Beautiful residential neighborhood with a number restaurants and convenience stores. We had an awesome time enjoying both the beach and the pool.

Fabulous! Steps from the beach, markets, and food. The pool was a bonus!

This place was incredible. Great location, safe neighborhood. Plenty within walking distance as well as easy uber rides to the airport, Old San Juan, bar hopping areas, and other beaches. We slept 7 which was cozy but perfect for a close group of friends!
