Casa Santurce: Boho-chic home with Rooftop Oasis

Discover the epitome of urban living in our charming Spanish Revival house, Casa Santurce. This boho-chic gem features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of San Juan's iconic art district. Venture upstairs, and you'll discover your private rooftop oasis, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. This rental is perfectly located, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and is just minutes away from Old San Juan, Condado, beaches, and the SJU airport. The open-concept living space, adorned with carefully curated furnishings, leads to a private rooftop oasis with panoramic views and greenery of the city. LIVING ROOM: The stylish and cozy living room is equipped with a 55 inch TV, a comfortable sofa, and AC. KITCHEN: This stunning kitchen is fully equipped with stove top, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the essential cookware, plate ware, utensils, and pots and pans. BEDROOMS: The two well-appointed bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind. The master bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The additional bedroom comes equipped with a Queen size mattress. Each room reflects the boho-chic aesthetic, featuring comfortable furnishings, artistic decor, and ample natural light. Both bedrooms come equipped with mini split AC units. BATHROOMS: The two bathrooms, equally tasteful and functional, ensure convenience and privacy for all occupants. The master bathroom is an en-suite bathroom inside the master bedroom. Other other bathroom is accessible from the hallway. PRIVATE ROOFTOP: Venture upstairs, and you'll discover a hidden gem your private rooftop oasis. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, this space is the perfect retreat to unwind and soak in the energy of Santurce. With panoramic views of the cityscape, the rooftop serves as an extension of your living space, providing a tranquil escape above the bustling streets below. LAUNDRY AREA: Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that you will have access to. PARKING: This house has a private gated garage. Please exercise caution as the space is a little tight. There is also free parking on the street, just make sure you are not blocking any driveways and are parked in the designated areas. NEIGHBORHOOD: Discover the charm of Santurce, with its unique blend of art and culture. Enjoy great eateries, cafes, and bars within walking distance of the home. We are just a 10 minute drive from the SJU airport, a 12 minute drive to old San Juan, and less than 5 minutes from resort strip of Condado. We are just a 2 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens Art Museum. There aslo are many beaches within 5-20 minutes from us. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available. *Please read our house rules before booking. Loud music or noises are strictly prohibited. No parties, large gatherings, and additional guests are NOT allowed in this property.* -Our house is fully operational with power, water, and a backup generator that can power the whole house. -Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. *For additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us prior to booking* Please note: Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. This property has a backup cistern and generator, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash. This property has much of its original Spanish tile. Some areas of the floor may be a little faded or scuffed, however please rest assured that the floor has been thoroughly cleaned Guests will have access to the entire home, the private rooftop, and the private garage.
