Dear Mr. Hector Gonzalez thank you for staying in our rental. During your stay you have a complimentary hotspot where after you notified the issue with the internet signal the next day we contacted Liberty and we verified the signal tower of the property and it was working well. Any other contact was received from you related to having issues again with the Hotspot, so we understand everything was working well. But we have personal in the property that works in immediately matter issues reported by our guests. In regards to the wet floor, Mr. Gonzalez you did check in process without any issue and everything was ok at exception of the hotspot that was address fixed by Liberty next day. Because we take care of our property as soon as we read your post we went to inspect the apartment and there is no filtration. But if in your stay you left door opens with A/C running that will make the floor get with humidity. And the fridge someone moved the temperature controller but we put back where it should be. So we apologize the situation you had but don’t hesitate to stay with us again and keep communication to guarantees that everything work well and we can assist in your needs. Dear Pecina I understand your desire to leave the rental without advance notice to administration because you had in advance a hotel reservation, and now want to create all this statements that are far from the reality of our building that is located front to the Cosmopolitan Lux Building and beside Lagoon of Condado, one of the best strategic area, and close to the Baldorioty de Castro Blvd that connect you with Condado, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. With access to close distance to the beach, restaurants and other areas in a very nice area. The building is getting new appliance, new parking pavement, new sidewalk, new security gate, new doors / windows, new address sign with light system, new fence, fully painted the outside and floor by floor the inside of the building, with new garden, new trash container station, new A/C units, 24/7 maintenance, and support employee at the side in case of emergency or needs that the traveler has for immediately response. At this moment any problem with the operation of the building, such as water and electricity has been an issue. Everything is working properly and new features have been installed, for example 450 gallon water reserve for emergencies with a system to provide high pressure of water to each unit. The apartment is fulled equipped and have everything you need to have a good stay and in any time of Joann's stay she mention any needs or issue because the apartment DON'T have any water problem. Plus in case of emergency the apartment count with immediately personal who is a handy man to address issue immediately and Joann abandoned the rental to go to a hotel with another lady who was not in the reservation and declined any future arrangement. So next time, I invite you to communicate instead of making this statements that are far from the reality. Also, I invite any other interest guess to send us any question or concern to make sure you have the real information. We work in daily basis to provide to our travelers a good stay and we are accessible 24/7 with immediately respond in case of any needs that our travelers have, providing security light system with camera and garage with a gate to your car. This message it’s very disrespectful and the review it is NOT the reality and the true of the advertisement! You are being very dishonest. This rental it’s been ALWAYS IN MIRAMAR - SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO. You booked our rental for February 2022 and never show up neither communicate with the owner. And now, 8 months later you are posting a bad review with the use of very disrespectful words because YOU made back then a mistake of confusing SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO with FLORIDA, USA to hurt the business. If you had that issue due to YOUR MISTAKE of confusing the location NOT us; you action should be communicate immediately to address the case but you no wait 8 months with any communication with the owner for then desplace your error in someone else because we didn’t booked this rental for you. So, I will appreciate that you look, read and communicate first before your turn your fault to someone else with a very disrespectful word and attitude. I have never had a situation where the guest confuses our location.

Thank you for staying with us! As the advertisement says this rental have just 2 bedrooms and both have A/C. And we are remodeling a new unit in the back of the building during the day that don’t have the same entrance, for soon to be a new unit that we will going to rent and that one will have A/C in the whole apartment. We are looking forward to have more rentals. So contact us in future vacations; we will be happy to welcome you and remember soon we will have that rental with A/C in the whole apartment with new furniture. So keep in touch because our location is wonderful: walking distance from Condado area (Casinos, Beaches, Museums, Parks, Cruise Port, Ferry, Train, Bus, Convention Center and the Laguna with water sports as well as Old San Juan and Isla Verde). 7 miles away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and 3 miles from Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean and the second largest in Latin America. Close to grocery shopping, Marshall, restaurants, theater, the Convention Center where T-Mobile and others great area are… Ask for recommendations or places and we will guide you to make your time in PR a great stay. Dear Tammy thank you for taking the time to write your review but let me be more clear so other guests that are looking to rent our unit can get the real information that was not well explained by you. So as you see in the advertisement of my unit (listing) there is nothing regarding beach towels because my unit is walking distance from Laguna del Condado but not in the premise of the building. Also, one block from the building it's located Marshalls where guests goes to buy their personal items or same street grocery store for the food. We provide the locations but if you request any needs we go above and beyond to cover if is in our hands as local business. And as you mention the unit is in excellent location, walking distance from the Laguna del Condado, close to Old San Juan, La Placita of Saturce, Convention Center -Distrito T Mobile, Isla Verde, International Airport and more... In regards the issue that you are referring you forgot to give more details but I can provide. Puerto Rico during your stay suffered from an explosion - FIRE - in the power plant where the whole island was in a blackout. So for sure , the government was working in resolving the issue very slowly and today the 5 days the power is restored very slowly. We don't have any control about these, but we did all the errands possible that took hrs. to relocate in another apartment located in Old San Juan with better upgrades, without any additional charge for being more expensive unit for you to have water and power. Old San Juan is where the government live so was restored immediately. So we provided you with full access to another property plus Miramar apartment the unit you original booked where the power was restored next day. During your whole stay we gave you access to two different units in two Great Places and very centric in the Island (Old San Juan and Miramar, plus constant communication. Unfortunately, the whole island suffered from this issue that we apologize that happened during your stay, but we ran the extra miles to resolve the issue and giving you a place with power and water. It was something we have any control about it but we will like to invite you to come another time to our island, enjoy our unit to the full with any incident as this fire, because we go above and beyond for our guests. Dear Edna, in any part of the advertising of our property states that you are allowed to use the washer and the drier from the closet who is locked and for the use ONLY of the staff. You against the rule and without permission used a area that was not rented for you. You broke the lock and got into a closet without permission. Because you used all the gas without permission then you was with nothing left for the stove. Next time please ask permission when you are going to use a property that is for use only of staff. As you saw and wrote there was cleaned bed and bath clothes that you took outside the closet to have yours. That clean clothes is the one that was supposed to have on when you leave but we noticed that you broke into that area so we need to do laundry to everything again. So with this I can say the clothes is clean as the staff take time to disinfected and clean all the property before the next guest come. We was available all the time you was reaching us in any moment you approached any difficulty during the stay. Next time please read the advertisement before and ask any question but please don’t brake into private property that was not for your use as the laundry and then made a complaint. But now we will going to make sure the closet is appropriately locked so this not happen again. Best Regards,
