  • BESTE LOCATIE IN ALLE CONDADO! Dit is een volledig gerenoveerd appartement met 1 slaapkamer / 1 badkamer in het hart van Condado. Dit is de enige woning in de omgeving van San Juan met een eigen terras en terras met uitzicht op de lagune van Condado.
    Dit appartement bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en biedt directe toegang tot de lagune, waardoor u gemakkelijk kunt ontspannen onder de zon, genieten van het prachtige uitzicht of kunt beginnen met uw kajak / paddleboard-avontuur.
    De accommodatie ligt direct naast het Olive Hotel, op slechts 80 meter afstand van het verfijnde O: LV Boutique hotel en op 1 straat afstand van het Vanderbilt Hotel en het eersteklas STK-restaurant. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere restaurants, winkels en casino's op loopafstand en het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand.
    Als een bijkomend voordeel, wonen de eigenaren in hetzelfde gebouw als waar deze woning zich bevindt, waardoor het zeer handig is voor gasten die ooit iets nodig hebben.

Peaceful retreat

This is a great place for two people. It has a separate sleeping area that’s very spacious. We had all we needed for a fun stay. It’s nice and peaceful at the lagoon but you can find a party vibe steps away. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay. Lagoon view is beautiful, the best sunsets. Easy, free access to kayaks was great. Kitchen has everything we needed to make breakfast as well.

My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

Great location

Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

A perfect location if you like being in the middle of it all

It was a bit pricy considering the age/condition and noise pollution but the view and walkability were nice. We didn't realize till the second day that the last person left the window slats open so it felt like trying to sleep in a dance club. It was definitely a safety concern that the window was left open. Overall we had a great time and the Havana Grill nearby was phenomenal.

Convenient Location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Condado district. We really did not need a rental car. We walked to Old San Juan and back and was able to avoid the hassle of finding parking.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my long weekend stay. Its right in the heart of Condado with lots of restaurants and retail opportunities very close by. The apartment itself was very clean and super comfortable. My only complaint was that the security gate to the building wasn't working one night, and I was not able to get ahold of the owner. I almost missed a reservation because I could not get out of the property.

This property was perfect for what I needed to celebrate my birthday. Located in the heart of Condado, close to hotels, bars, restaurants, cigar lounges, corner markets, etc. Property was clean, sitting on the deck in the mornings was the best. Great for 1-2 guests or maybe even 3 with the couch out front. The process was seamless and everything was as promised. Can a little warm in front room but just leave the bedroom door open during the day and let the AC blow through the unit. Would definitely stay again when I come back to visit.

Good location and patio

This apartment has a great location: On Condado Lagoon, 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the Condado tourist area, a 10 minute Uber ride from the Old City, and a mile or 2 from the Santurce museums and vegan restaurants. We ate many meals on the patio overlooking the Lagoon and used the free kayaks. The bathroom has been remodeled and is now full size. However, the kitchen is small with very limited counter space, which made cooking a challenge.

This is a good example about customer expectations. The property is old and tired with miminal upkeep. Thus many of the bad reviews, however knowing this from reviews, I valued the quiet but well located aspects. Close to everything extremely spacious interior, private small outdoor smoking coutyard and it is at a very good cost. The host Paul is wonderful and walkable from train station. If you worry about scuffed floors, chipped walls or bad caulking on tub, this is not your place. I however value the basics more.Tips - key in door needs to be pulled out a smidge to work, bed is 2 singles push together, Jumbo grocery is 3 min walk. Bring cd's if you want music (think it works?), well equipped kitchen.
